It can be difficult to get in contact with office staff and parking is not great, unless you are lucky enough to get one of the limited spots in the parking garage. But overall the building is nice and the maintenance staff is very helpful.

Good I don't have much else to say but you can ask again later. Kinda weird that you need more than 200 characteristics For a survey. I would update this so that it's easier for your audience to submit.
