Overall, the community is exceptionally well-maintained, and the management is incredibly responsive to any requests. I especially love how clean the entire surrounding area is kept. While I wish there was more guest parking available, the high quality of the building and the overall living experience are so satisfying that it's easy to overlook. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean and well-managed home!

Overall experience is great. Very reasonable price for the size of the room we rented. Maintenance team is very responsive and helpful. Close to a lot of grocery stores and community parks. Also a good place for people like quiet neighborhoods.

It is a really wonderful place.

This beautiful place many amenities the very professional and friendly customer service is a good place to live with access to many shops in the surroundings. Safe parking and high level of safety This is a good place to rent.

The best apartment

I had a wonderful stay thanks to Tracy! Her welcoming personality made me feel so valued. She went above and beyond to explain everything clearly, especially the parts I found difficult. I'm so glad I chose this home. Don't hesitate to book here!

A positive experience

Had a wonderful experience touring the property recently. Justin was a big help, answered all my questions easily and made this a very smooth process. He did seem to have a lot of work on his hands, but he took the time to make sure I left with all of my questions answered and a good understanding of the costs of a space that would fit my potential needs.

I appreciate the staff at Griffis Apaartments Shoreline. They are helpful and prompt to respond. I just moved in and had a few maintenance issues that were addressed immediately. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for an updated, affordable and safe place to live.

The community surrounding the apartment is comfortable. The pricing can vary largely depending on when you start your lease and will increase each year unfortunately. There are some loud neighbors stomping above after hours.

The front desk staff were incredibly patient and provided excellent service. Check-in was smooth, and even when we encountered some issues, they did their best to help us resolve them. Communication was efficient, and I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great tour, Tracy was very friendly and thoughtful. Answered all my questions and suggested an apartment I hadn't even considered but actually ended up living based on what I wanted out my space! Felt very peaceful during my tour.

The speed and attentiveness my issue was handled was amazing. Thank you Marcus. Having work done in your residence when you are not home can be a little nerve wracking, especially if you have pets but I feel totally comfortable having Marcus come in.
