I have lived here since 2015. I lived in a one bedroom to start and after a year, moved into a 2 bedroom. The staff, especially Julie, have been super accomadating since my first experience. There are other reviews about staff not being friendly on here but that is far from the truth. They are always willing to assist and happy to do so. I have had some routine maintenance issues since living here. They have an easily accessible online portal that you can enter your issues( mine was a door issue) and I got a call within 20 minutes of entering it for them to schedule that same day to fix it. Like any other apartment, you can have great neighbors or bad. So far, I have had great neighbors who are friendly and quiet. The grounds are kept immaculately and they have a strict pet policy of picking up after your animals and keeping your porches or patios clean and presentable. I love that I have an inside washer and dryer and big closets. And the only fee that is charged outside of rent is water, sewer and trash which is reasonable. Most apartments charge that anyway for more money than what I pay. I am very happy with my experience here and just renewed my year lease again. If you are looking for a great place to live, ask for Julie. She is the best!
