Rental ----
These apartments are highly overpriced. We weren't allowed to see our actual unit until the day we moved in. Unfortunately by then, it was too late to get a different apartment. The apartments are too small (i.e. you pay more than a $1/sq foot). The first floor level windows are set so far back, even though we are sitting directly south, we get no sunlight. Don't be fooled...the first floor one bedroom units do not have a front living room window, only the front door and your sliding patio doors facing your nice brown patio divider. Snow removal is horrible, outside lighting is horrible, and yes, ------ (the manager) is an ---. The windows seep in cold air, and the air conditioning unit doesn't send cold air far enough to reach the bedroom. The person who lived above me used to smoke and we could smell it, and when the person above us now cooks anything that could be burning, we smell it. We have to pay extra for our pet, pay extra for the washer and dryer, extra for an extra parking space (outside). The side walls seem thick, but forget the ceiling/floor. There is parking underneath our unit, and in the summer every time a guy starts his motorcycle we feel it rumble. They just keep finding ways to commit rental ----.Share This Review
