I have lived here at Briarwick for 3 1/2 years&#44; and it only gets worse...Was told last Sept. that the heat wouldn&#39;t go on till October 15th&#44; it was cold out so we got the city of Greenfield involved. The year before that I had NO heat for 2 weeks during the coldest part of winter...was told 56 degrees was probably going to be the best I get. No one came around for that 2 weeks but when they did they found a valve stuck. We pay for the heat in our rent&#44; that went up a whoopingg $30.00 last year.
It is still cold in the place and nothing is done. I am also getting cigeret smoke coming through my vents lately. I have asthma and this just bothers me alot. For 2 summers we had NO landscaping done in the back of the complex....had to even trim our own bushes cause they were overgrown. Ask for blacktop&#44; none arrived&#44; asked for mulch&#44; none arrived&#44; had to thrown grass seed on the big bare spots left by the winter salt. NOT A VERY GOOD PLACE TO LIVE! But I can&#39;t afford to move just yet.

I have been living here since 1980. I think this is a very nice location&#44; convenient to many things like the expressway&#44; airport and shopping centers. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The fire station is less than a mile away. The people in management here are very thoughtful to my needs. When maintenance items arise like a dripping faucet or a problem with the room air conditioner&#44; on heat in the winter&#44; maintenance responds quickly and resolves the problem. I like it so much that it&#39;s going on 30 years that I&#39;ve been living here.

We looked at lots of places when deciding to move. We chose briarwick and many things made the choice for us (cost, area, cleanliness, own entrance, etc.) Well within the first year living there we had 5 times of notice of entries to our apartment which just seemed crazy to constantly have to worry about cleaning the place up and make sure nothing is out to be stolen or anything. Secondly the property management is horrible. Weeks between grass getting cut, terrible landscape designs as far as functionality and worst of all the snow removal here is horrible. We had electrical work done directly under our unit for over 3 months which was nothing but constant noise from 7am-4pm. We also had concrete work done and had to walk around the other side to get to our unit and a pile of stone was left there for a month. Worst of all the concrete forms still haven't been removed over 2 years ago which tells me management does not walk the property. A retaining wall along the stairs by our unit that has been falling apart for over a year. The management Greg and Joy are very rude and very little help if they even get back to your message. The inside of the apartment is overall decent. Needs a couple thing taken care of which they are working on doing in other units so cant complain there. So I do not have anything bad to say so far with the interior of the apartments.

Great community.  Needs to have assigned parking however. Ground crews do great during summer.  Need better snow removal during winter.  Also needs one more garbage dumpster on the main drive off of 92nd going towards office.  Dumpster is usually overflowing on Monday forcing garbage bags to the ground.

I moved in on October 2, 2021.  To date the community is awesome.  The staff is professional tempered with personal care of the residents, the neighbors are respectful yet friendly happy to be here.!.

I really enjoy living at Briarwick apt homes I'm very comfortable with the setting of apt & the grounds are always well maintained. Management is always their for any issues that need to be addressed.

Been here since 2019 love living here. Everyone is so friendly. Management address issues in timely matter.. Everyone has their own private entrance. Parking is near doorway which I fine safe.. pick & save & walmart are close   all you're shopping needs

My time so far at briarwick was going well until I had stains develop in my bathroom all over, I sent in several request to have it fixed and still Noone has fixed it. With the amount of rent I pay I should not be experiencing these problems

I have been here for a long time and my family and I are very proud and happy to be here. I appreciate the kindness, support and kindness from all of the staff members. I love the environment and such great care about our community.

Been living @ Briarwick for 6yrs now & I'm still enjoying being a part of the community. Everyone is so friendly. The grounds are always well maintained. Love that I can have my flower's & vegetables right outside my own private entrance..I would highly recommend Briarwick apts.
