Very misleading

Heat is NOT included.. it is ran off of electric baseboard heaters and you pay for the electricity! DON'T BE FOOLED Parking rules are not enforced so the parking lot is usually a mess, including people parking who haven't paid for the spot. One (very old) air conditioner in the entire unit struggles to cool down even one room, let alone the entire apartment. Their recommendation? Get a fan. Walls are thin. When you're taking a tour, be sure to examine how thin they really are - look at the depth from the outside, kitchen walls, etc. And if you call to complain about the dog next door, they say there's nothing they can do! Very disappointed. Washer/Dryer in unit is extra; $30 per month. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The dryer struggles to dry even a few articles of clothing, let alone a whole load. Most times I have to dry my load two or three times - using electricity. Not a terrible place; if you can get through these annoyances,you might like it.
