Briarwick is a terrific place to live! It is a very family friendly and pet friendly community. The office managers (Greg and Joy) are awesome and the maintenance staff is great too (they respond to issues quickly). The grounds are always well maintained and it is a safe community.

Briarwick is a wonderful, safe and quiet community. The staff is very friendly and any maintenance issues are quickly resolved. The residents are friendly and the amenities (pool, fitness center, clubhouse) are very nice.

Great community. I love the individual entrances/addresses. Greg and Joy are awesome! The maintenance staff is great too and always respond to issues quickly. Great amenities (pool, fitness center, clubhouse). The Packer parties and Pig Roast are always fun too!
