Friends live here. They recommended it. And it's nice having them near by. The underground parking is a premium find in the northern climate. Also having heat and hot water included in rent is also a big plus.

I work a lot. So I don't spend time with the community. Maintenance takes more time than normal now and the quality of residents declined during covid from what I saw when I was home. There's been more trash and poor quality in landscape management (looks like enough to get by) there's mud patches all next to the sidewalks and no borders between stone and grass.
