I like this community. I think the best thing here is all the greenspace. The pool is great too. The fitness center is small, but it does in a pinch. I think sometimes there are issues with some nonviolent crime (cars being broken into, etc.). I personally haven't experienced it, but I've seen some people talking about it on the community portal.

Overall my experience with this community has been good. Maintenance is fast and I can pay my rent online. However, I am somewhat unsatisfied that the rent was raised with lease renewal and I also have to start paying mandatory renter's insurance.

This is a good place to live. It's peaceful and quiet most of the time and the neighbors are friendly. Maintenance staff is top notch. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours. The bushes and shrubbery in front of the apartments isn't super well maintained but other than that I have no complaints.
