I thought I was making a good decision moving into one of the upgraded apartments, but it hasn't been. I'm basically paying extra for nothing. Everything was dirty and falling apart when I moved in. I have had multiple tickets put in to fix things that should have been done before I moved in. Pretty sure the carpets were not shampooed before I moved in and I was wiping off caked on dirt from the door frames and the bathtub. There was also mold in the bathroom I had to bleach. My dishwasher is still not cleaning my dishes so I have been washing them by hand. No cameras so if your car gets hit or broken into, plates stolen, they just tell you to call it into the police, who seem annoyed when you call them out there with barely any info on what happened since nothing was caught on tape. I've lived in many apartments and this by far has been the most disappointing and stressful
