I got exactly what I wanted. Upper corner apartment because I work nights. I got a washer/dryer and dishwasher. I park underground, because really, who wants to scrape off a car in the winter. I'm very happy and renewed my lease for another year.

The bottom line is, you get what you pay for. I just went through a nasty divorce and looked at many other places before I decided on Briarwick Apts. All the other places were way cheaper but a walk down a long hallway with noise and no amenities. I live here and it has everything. I had specific needs, I work nights, I needed a 1 Bedroom upper apartment. It's your own door and own entry. I love being outside, I have my own 8x8 foot balcony. I have a washer/dryer and dishwasher. That's a must for me. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen has tons of cabinets. I also did not wanna deal with winter so I park underground, no scraping snow off my car. You also have a fitness center, a really nice party room to hang out in, and an outdoor pool for when it gets nice out. The staff is very on top of things. I will be renewing my lease again next year.

Everything is well maintained outside. It's affordable, management is on top of things, and the neighbors are friendly.

Briarwick apartments is amazing. I contacted Joy, told her exactly what I want. It was done to perfection! I work nights so I wanted an upper corner apartment. Done! I wanted a washer and dryer in unit. Done! I got a brand new car, I wanna park underground. Done! Amazing party room, pool, and fitness center. I'm very happy, highly recommended.
