I call and email the new management because I moved into a disgusting,filthy, bugs in the kitchen (I had to pay for exterminator myself) I moved in Feb. and have not been able to cook because of the filth in the kitchen. The build up of grease above my stove that was never cleaned melts down into the food. I have been trying to get this taken care of since moving in and NOONE it seems is willing to resolve this. They say they want to but do NOT return my call! These apartments are the slummiest places I have ever lived, and to pay over $1000 for them are ridiculous! I was told the 3 months before I moved in everything would be much nicer and the day I move it it looks as though they let people take shelter in there from the disgusting flitch. NOT ONE thing was cleaned. New management, but seem to be just as bad as the previous landlord who did nothing! Below is a picture of the day I moved in...

I wish I could upload pictures of the deplorable conditions. There is absolutely no security what so ever. It&apos;s 100 degrees and smells in the halls. Some residents pan handle in the parking lot. Sirens are heard throughout the night. Office staff need an attitude adjustment. Temperature is not individually controlled. Noisy AC wall units run close to $200 per month. There has been muggings, thefts are a given. Appliances and carpet are warped and worn. My ceiling fan hangs down six inches above my head. It&apos;s been three years and they ignore my pleas. There&apos;s been a recent mugging in one of the buildings. Threatening notifications to have your deck cleared are absurd. Black mold in multiple areas. Most garages have flooding issues. A tree fell on a unit behind me. It&apos;s still laying on it...it&apos;s been three weeks. Stephanie needs to be in a job where customer service and integrity are not needed. I could go on and on.

I am not satisfied with this community at all. I have had to request that they fix the rear fire door because it would not unlock and open. We have a secure mail room that has been left unlocked and open for anybody to go into because the lock did not work. This is a place that does not care about residents.

Overall my experience living here has been ok, front door isn't always locked as should & bell/intercom never worked the 3 years I've been her. Need much improvement with many things but nice apartments

Night one we woke up to an overwhelming odor from a neighbor smoking pot and watching the tv really loud. We couldn't go back to sleep. When I talked to the property manager Dawn Fogle, she said she couldn't do anything. Even though the lease agreement said they would enforce local, state, and federal laws on the property. And the lease clearly states multiple times that smoking of any kind was a violation. They did not do anything even after multiple complaints. There was even a block party outside building 60 where people were drinking and smoking in the parking lot and beer cans and trash were left throughout the parking lot and grass. When I talked to Dawn the next day about it, she said I was the only one to complain about the party and that I am the only one complaining about the pot. The property management hasn't responded to a couple emails. They are forcing additional cost onto residents through programs like valet trash, keyless entry, and smart thermometers which do not control the AC. They only control the heat. So really, they are temperature monitors during the summer. Our apartment is hot, it stayed 79-81 degrees during the summer months. And even today with 50 degree temps outside, the apartment is sitting at 77 degrees. They also said they are getting everyone internet, but has not provided additional information. They failed to respond to my email asking for information because we already have internet and don't want to pay for 2x internet bills. They are putting up no parking signs everywhere due to firelane parking, which roughly 40% of the residents have to use because there are so few parking spots. The solution the apartment offered was for us to pay $45 monthly fee to park in the garage parking. The luxury package room is a nightmare. Amazon delivery drivers often aren't able to get in, so they leave packages outside in the parking lot. The package room itself has shelves with each building number on it. Your package is supposed to be on the corresponding shelf. There have been several times where we had to search the entire room because it was placed in the wrong spot. We are supposed to be notified when packages arrive, but rarely this happens. The apartment also provides community BBQ stations for the residents to use. However, when we went on the 4th of July to grill some hotdogs, the propane was completely empty. I opened the grill and had to clean out cobwebs to get to the propane tank. It wasn't empty from people using it recently, it had been emptied for a long time. There is a large spruce tree next to the only sidewalk to our building, It was overgrown and you had to walk in the grass/mud to avoid the tree. I had enough and decided to cut branches off myself and have kept that up for my own peace of mind. Maintenace staff is understaffed, so 2 of our requests have gone unresolved. 
We would not advice anyone to live here.

We have renewed here out of necessity. If we had more options in Madison, we'd go instantly. The leasing office/maintenance situation is almost nonexistent. This place is subpar and unsafe most days. Even when things are brought to management's attention, they blatantly ignore anything that they can get away with. I had to call the fire department on building infractions before management would do anything about it.

We like the space our apartment has. We appreciate the keyless entry into the apartment itself. Having all appliances included (esp washer and dryer) amazing. Dislikes parking and mailroom. The turnaround with knew neighbors doesn't really bother me but I feel like a little education on dos and don'ts would be good to help them move in a little easier. Examples: Blocking off the entry way/elevator.Using  all the parking spaces with the moving trucks.  Blocking the garage door trapping you in/out.
