The property management leaves a lot to be desired. Answering tenant problems and providing tenant security is not a priority. Property and delivered packages and mail theft is a significant problem. The management is better providing excuses to problems than it is to providing results.

I find that this complex to be wonderful. The staff is kind and nice. They promote a sense of community, they even have a summer get together with free food and prizes for everyone. The property itself is beautiful, so well maintained. Over all a great place to live!

Location wise, it's perfect! You're close to so many dining places, store's and gas station's! The neighbors are very nice (through my own personal experience) The office staff are great about notifying the community about projects going on around the buildings, the grass is always very well kept, along with the hallways! Some of the amenities are pretty good as well. My only things are with some appliances. Our dishwasher has never been able to clean the dishes correctly in the first wash, even after handwashing each dish before placing it in the dishwasher. The power outages that have lasted quite long (referencing this past winter where we went several days without power) I had inquired to staff about what steps to take as our recent grocery purchase of over $200 was soiled during the outage. I asked if renters insurance would cover the loss of all of the food that we had JUST purchased, they did tell me to reach out to who I have renter's insurance through, but also gave what felt like almost a snarky remark of something along the lines of "Everyone put their cold items outside in the snow" so they wouldn't soil. Very nice apartments, good neighbors. Parking underground is a great perk. For kids a walkitrail and a playground. Rarely ever hear any neighbors, apartments are nicely insulated and quiet. Areas are very clean around the buildings.

I have been at Pinewood Creek for a short time. I find the staff friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept and clean. I enjoy all the wildlife I see out of my window . My 2 dogs were accepted at the apartments. The Apartment is pet and people friendly.

Since moving here in November 2014 the Pinewood Creek community has a pleasurable experience for me and our family. The people are for the most part very friendly. Some of them have become more than just people who we have just merely say hello to (in passing). We know some of their child and pets and even some of their occupations. I in fact like to become a pet owner and believe pets can and do add a dimension of "quality of life" especially for seniors like myself. My major deterrent is my inability to maneuver as I'm somewhat overweight as well have physical handicap that prevents me from walking a dog any distance. The thing that I love most about this facility is the annual Pinewood Creek Picnic that I have now attended for the last two years. I regret that I neglected to attend other previous outings. The one time that we threatened with eviction turned out to be based more on a misunderstanding and miscommunication which fortunately was discovered and corrected prior to any action. The management cares about how the front of the complex looks but I live in the back and I walk through mud everysingle time I leave my apartment. Complaining does nothing! They started the repairing of the flooding outside my patio in July 2023 and as of December of 2023 all I have is piles of mud,rock, and debris.

I'm very pleased to have my apartment here at Pinewood Creek. I face the woods and find it very peaceful. We have a quiet floor and everyone is friendly and helpful. I love have a garage especially in the winter. This area is kept clean and I enjoy walking my dog around the areas.

I won't move until I have to! Between the space of the unit vs cost, the serene setting in the acres of forest and of course the always helpful staff, we aren't going anywhere. One day we want to buy a house but we're grateful to have a place that we're no rush to leave.

Up until recently I was very happy living here. Any time there was an issue it was resolved quickly and respectfully. Angel Elam was amazing. She was kind and caring and made me feel as though I was valued as a resident. Since she left, I have been made to feel embarrassed and disrespected. Like I'm just a number. When I voiced my concern I was told that it was because "corporate" was cracking down on them. It's very sad considering how long I've lived here to be made to feel this way now. One positive is that James is the absolute BEST - he is the one person who always has a smile and a friendly hello for us.

Apartments are moderately outdated but the location/access to everything in Milwaukee and Waukesha areas is perfect! Neighbors are friendly, office staff replies very timely and are easy to work with. Plenty of parking in lots, units come with a garage spot. Community is quiet and there is not much traffic around the buildings as it is situated on a private drive/cul de sac.

The walls are quite thin. So you can hear every footstep and conversation of your surrounding neighbors. The layout of the apartment is spacious and has a decent amount of storage. The complex is surrounded by trees, so there are a lot of ticks unfortunately.
