I have been at Pinewood Creek for a short time. I find the staff friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept and clean. I enjoy all the wildlife I see out of my window . My 2 dogs were accepted at the apartments. The  Apartment is pet and people friendly.

Just to update my experience for the last 2 years.
This is the worst place you can ever live. The building construction is terrible. You can here the neighbors when they have sex (how do you explain this to a kid). The windows and patio doors are frozen all winter. There are more animals in the building then people. Dogs are barking from everywhere. 
AND
The office stuff don&#39;t care about anything.

When the so-called &#34;manager&#34; tells you a bunch of lies just to get your signature on the lease&#44; you do not have many options but to start looking for another appartment.
She told me that the buildings are in great condition and the average electrical bill (winter) will be around $100. Not to mention that you can listen the people when they are walking and talking in the hallways and apartments upstairs like they are with you in the same room. Although other employees are OK&#44; I definitely would not recommended this place due to lack of professional management. Beware of the &#34;manager&#34;!


This is the worst place I&#39;ve ever lived! Management unprofessional&#44; ignorant&#44; horrible&#44; they don&#39;t know what they are doing&#44; in one word - disaster. Building construction is so poor&#44; like you are living with your neighbors! Check the pictures! Definitely would not recommend!

I hated these apartments. Water poured in the ceilings. The smoking smell comes in through the floors. They paint over the mold. They wouldn&#39;t do anything to the loud a-holes below us. The New Berlin Police were useless&#44; they refused to resolve noise complaints. I&#39;m so happy to be out of that place.

As other posters on here have said, this place was constructed VERY poorly. You will hear everything and will not get a good night&apos;s sleep. I live on the first floor and the guy above me gets up 3-4 times in the middle of the night. You can here every step he takes along with the floor creaking. His 6-7 year old daughter is constantly running around and bouncing things off the ground. They are a young couple and they fight all the time. You can hear their screaming matches as if they were right in your living room. He has complained about our tv being loud, yet we never turn it up to an unacceptable volume. I had the manager listen to our tv and he said it was fine. Then 2 days later I received another complaint! The most disgusting thing; they let there dog go out on the balcony where it will pee on the balcony and then the pee drops onto our patio! Picture included. My first month here, tools were stolen from my storage locker. Our vehicles were vandalized twice. No security whatsoever. We have black mold forming at our patio door because of a leak. Both bedroom windows form ice dams on the INSIDE in the winter. There is dog waste all over the property. I have lived at 3 other apartment complexes in the past and this one is by FAR the WORST!

I have enjoyed living here and meeting new neighbor.  We now help each other out when needed or just there to lend a hand.  I believe the staff does a great job.  They are there to help you when needed with certain issues.  The grounds are kept up.  Great place to live.  This is my home

After living here for 6 months, we're so happy with our decision to move to Pinewood Creek. Very quiet, peaceful and family friendly. The woods and location was our main reason to move here. Originally we were thinking we'd stay a couple years, but would be fine if we stayed 3-4 years

The Pinewood community feels like home. The location is idealistic to raise a family, surrounded by woods, a creek, a lot of trails and bike riding space. The bus pick up the school kids at the entrance and this is very important for the parents and their kids. The tenants are friendly and We personally know a lot of the families. We share not just Good mornings but also Thank you & Birthday cards, desserts, dog walks and just promenades during sunsets. The office staff is part of our family too. We appreciate Angel, Lori and James, Gary and everything that they do for us. The moment we need something to be fixed at the apartment they are in the works. Very friendly over the phone or in person. Not only they start on working on the projects but keep us posted on the outcome. Lori and Angel are the best decorators too. The office turns into Wonderland during Christmas (But not limited to it, also Easter, Mother`s day etc)  and my boys love visiting them, color or share a hot cocoa or a cookie. That`s what a family feels like. The Facebook page is the cutest too,  with a lot of cozy ideas on cooking, baking, decorating and making your house feel like home. We love the yearly picnic (we have missed it 2 years in a row due to COVID), not only because it is our chance to see our neighbors, share a delicious meal but also win prizes. We dance a lot too. I really like the monthly newsletter and the food pantry in need. Very thoughtful.

This is a very clean and well maintained property. The surrounding woods and interior landscaping is very beautiful. I love the indoor/underground parking. It feels very secure. The rooms are fairly spacious too.

Long story short- after day 4 of moving in I found cochroaches in my kitchen cabinet. They &quot;treated&quot; my unit only (obviously in an infestation the WHOLE building should be treated, but wasnt) problem never went away and after the management admitted where the roaches came from and that the woman &quot;had been treating it herself for awhile&quot; I was forced to break my lease after just one month. I lost out on thousands of dollars having to throw away brand new furnature. The management was difficult to deal with when moving out and now I got a call from a collection agency telling me I owe more money to them even after they kept my security and the apartment was only vacant one month after I left. No letters or itemized bill wasn&apos;t sent to me since I&apos;ve left. No communication at all until I got a call from the Collection agency. Do not rent from these people. Besides the roach infestation people complain constantly of VERY thin walls and being treated like children by the office management.

Great location between two major highways. I love having underground parking for all four seasons, and provides security for your vehicle.  The grounds are kept very nice and are beautiful.  The Management makes sure your needs are met, and keeps the interior of my building very clean.  It is a quiet community, but keep in mind living in an apartment does come with some noise.

I have lived here for over 5 plus years and I absolutely love it.   The neighbors for the most part are friendly and kind.  The staff is AMAZING.    When you place a service call it is taken care of.  The grounds are kept clean.  This is my place I call home.  Love it here.

We feel very lucky to call Pinewood Creek our home. Set in a gorgeous environment I can`t get enough of the colorful foliage of the trees. Love the peace and the friendly atmosphere. I feel safe and I know that every time I need a place to knock at, the members of the office are there to meet our requests. I love also when we see Lori and James in the premises, we stop and say hi or wave at each other as we consider them members of our family. I appreciate the members of the office decorating the office accordingly to the celebrations and I enjoy a lot the Christmas  celebration they do for us adults and especially the kids. I really enjoyed the picnic where we had the chance to meet other tenants and share the food, music and happy talks.

I love living here at Pinewood Creek.  The residents are friendly, the staff is great.  The building are cleaned every week.  Beautiful  place to call home.  Close to grocery  store, schools and freeways.

We find it to be very friendly here and the office staff very helpful !

 Spring and Summers are beautiful- autumn is spectacular- in winter the grounds are plowed and shoveled very fast and it is also very beautiful !

It is pet friendly and most seem to be very diligent cleaning up after their pets and there are ample dog do-do stations on the grounds. 

There is also some very beautiful wild life here ! We love it ??

It's a great place to live and we love the quiet atmosphere. The people are very friendly and the management is top notch. Maintenance is on top of our issues very nicely. Compared to the last place we lived this is a ten.

I'm very pleased to have my apartment here at Pinewood Creek. I face the woods and find it very peaceful. We have a quiet floor and everyone is friendly and helpful. I love have a garage especially in the winter. This area is kept clean and I enjoy walking my dog around the areas.

Since moving here in November 2014 the Pinewood Creek community has a pleasurable experience for me and our family.
  The people are for the most part very friendly. Some of them have become more than just people who we have just merely say hello to (in passing).  We know some of their child and pets and even some of their occupations.
  I in fact like to become a pet owner and believe pets can and do add a dimension of "quality of life" especially for seniors like myself.  My major deterrent is my inability to maneuver as I'm somewhat overweight as well have physical handicap that prevents me from walking a dog any distance.
 The thing that I love most about this facility is the annual Pinewood Creek Picnic that I have now attended for the last two years.  I regret that I neglected to attend other previous outings.
 The one time that we threatened with eviction turned out to be based more on a misunderstanding and miscommunication which fortunately was discovered and corrected prior to any action.
  So all and all our experiences at living here are very much positive and hopefully we'll remain residents here for however many years we have left.

Very nice management, great maintenance. Love the people we live with. All around just a great place to live. The thing that I love the most is that they give you freedom to do certain things like decoration.
