Amazing Property

The property is beautiful, I’ve been here a few months and love the location, apartments and amenities. Could not have asked for a better place to call home. The Dempsey girls truly care for their community. I highly suggest you move into The Dempsey!!!

When I first moved into this community it was very nice I think that was what brought me here. Linda which works in the front office was the reason I signed the lease. Since 2023 the community has slowly declined due to poor management or renters not caring about the community. Since the space is convenient to my job I chose to stay, but currently looking for other options.

I feel pretty safe here ? the security is basically hotel?level. The quiet hours seem to be well understood and respected by everyone, too. You can sometimes hear the train whistle at night, but it's not loud enough to really mess with your sleep. For my health, I've been jogging and doing strength training in the fitness gym, and I think it's got everything I need. And every morning I make myself a coffee and drink it on the way to work ? that's one of my favorite parts of the day.

Well managed and swift feedback is consistent. I believe that the team reached out to resident very effectively. One thing we need ( this would require residents) is that cleaning mess of make residents keep that way. .

They have changed management a few times and they seem to have gone from bad to worse. They are not resident friendly or helpful after you move in. One reason I moved here is because it was gated. However, the gate has remained open at least 40% of the time because it is not functioning properly.

Great experience! Very good structure on the building amenities are top notch my favorite part of it is the pool area and I have a pool view which is a plus for me! Highly recommended for anyone interested in looking to move in!

Amazing spot to stay at

Like a hotel security

[Incentivized Review] We’ve been living here for three years, and it’s been an amazing experience! The community really respects quiet hours, which makes it easy to relax after a long day. Regular maintenance is always taken care of, and whenever something unexpected comes up, the response is super quick. One thing we truly appreciate is the security—it feels like staying in a hotel! There are secure keys for the parking area, the building, and even the apartment itself, so we always feel safe. Overall, this place combines comfort, convenience, and peace of mind. So Glad I Chose The Dempsey

As someone who hadn't lived in an apartment in over 10 years, I was nervous about sharing walls again, but The Dempsey has been amazing. From the leasing office to maintenance, the staff are true professionals. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, often the same day. The location is unbeatable, close to restaurants, easy interstate access, and super convenient to the airport. I also really appreciate the controlled access doors and cameras throughout the building. Just renewed my lease and happy to be here another year!

Good Quiet Complex

Our favorite place we have lived

[Incentivized Review] We have lived at the Dempsey now for a little over a year and just renewed our lease for another 16 months. We love it here! Maintenance is amazing; they always come shortly after I have submitted a request and get things fixed quickly. The ladies in the leasing office are also very helpful and always respond to emails quickly. Everything is always kept very clean in the hallways and entry points. The location is great too! We are close to lots of places to eat as well as the Walmart right down the road, BJs, aldi, etc. It is also a relatively quiet area. So you have all the places close without the noise! We also love the fun events they have every month for residents. We have very much enjoyed living here and am sure we will continue to!

Amazing apartment and staff

[Incentivized Review] I’ve lived here for almost a year now, and definitely plan on renewing my lease when the time comes. The staff takes pride in up keeping outdoors, shampooing carpet walkways indoors, are very friendly, and they always respond in a timely manner. Neighbors are very quiet as well, and I love the area as it’s close to many different restaurants and an Aldi! I’m very happy that i chose The Dempsey!

[Incentivized Review] Ive lived at The Dempsey for a little over a year and its been the best decision made. The ladies in the office made my leasing process seamless. They are quick to answer any questions I may have and provide a solution to any problem . The newsletters and monthly events to get to know your neighbors has been something to look forward to. The maintenance team is also super efficient. All in all- The Dempsey has the best staff and allows their residents a clean, safe, and luxurious lifestyle. Huge shout out to The Dempsey Team. Great apartment in a nice area

[Incentivized Review] There have been a few hiccups but the staff has done a great job to resolve my issues. I had issues with the condition of my appliances when moving in (Washing machine not working, fridge having a broken filter, gnats in my ice) but these were all resolved in a decent timeframe by the Maintenance staff. I have three main complaints. 1. The package room is far too small and is absolutely overflowing with packages. LuxerOne (meh) is in there, but there are far too many packages to put into the lockers. You may have to dig around for your box. 2. Some residents are incapable of reading the rules and regularly park in either the handi-cap spots or the designated loading/unloading striped spots. 3. No publicly available printer. I have enjoyed living here and would recommend it!

5 Stars: I’d move here again in a heartbeat!

Honestly, moving out was the hardest part about my job sending me halfway across the world. If it wasn’t for that, I’d still be living here without a second thought. This place is solid. The property is clean and well taken care of, the amenities are great, and the bedrooms are huge, you really can’t beat that. I’ve got to give a big shoutout to Kenna, the property manager. She always handled the hinge the right way l, stayed on top of everything, and made living here easy and enjoyable. Good management makes all the difference. If I could stay I would. This will always be one of the best places I’ve lived. Definitely a 5 star spot.

Amazing place to live

I absolutely love living at The Dempsey Apartments! From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything is — the management clearly takes great pride in keeping the property in top shape.
