I Love The Dempsey!
I’ve been living at The Dempsey for almost 2 years now and I love my apartment! The staff hosts the coolest resident events and the property is always so clean! I’ll definitely be renewing my lease again soon!

Love living here! The place is beautiful, the locations perfect, and the team makes it even better. Tori, Kenna, and Linda are all amazing super friendly and always on top of things. Definitely feels like home!

The Dempsey is awesome!
Love the community and the staff. I stopped by for a tour and applied in office. It’s conveniently located near 565, making it easy to travel to Decatur, Madison and Huntsville. They also have a barber shop, aesthetician and chiropractor near by.

Love The Dempsey!!!
Absolutely love my home at The Dempsey. It is gorgeous, quiet, and the team is just heads above the rest. Joey recently took care of a work order for me. So professional and warm! It is the best in Madison and I cannot wait to renew.

? Disrespectful management made living here miserable. We were treated like problems, not residents. Anytime we raised a concern, we were met with attitude or brushed off completely. It felt like management saw us as an inconvenience instead of paying tenants. The tone they set made the whole environment feel tense and unwelcoming. For the rent we're paying, basic respect shouldn't be too much to ask. Our character was attacked by management ? no apology. The head manager crossed a serious line, personally insulting and disrespecting us without cause. We were spoken to with hostility and treated like a problem simply for speaking up. No apology, no accountability ? just arrogance. This wasn't a misunderstanding; it was blatant, unprofessional behavior. If you value being treated with basic human decency, look elsewhere.

It's been a great experience this far there are however a few grievances that I wish were addressed none the less this apartment complex is a nice and well kept community. Would recommend for first time renters

Smooth transition!
I had a great move in experience. It was a very smooth transition, Linda was very insightful and helpful. I had an enjoyable and productive move and I am very excited about my new place! The Dempsey was very welcoming.

The Dempsey is Madison’s Best
I could not be happier with my decision to move to the Dempsey! The team made me feel like family from the moment I came in for my first tour. The amenities are gorgeous, my two bedroom is so spacious, the community is quiet, clean, and safe.

Living life at The Dempsey!
I really enjoy living at The Dempsey. My leasing agent Linda is very polite and professional, and answered any questions I had prior to my move. The maintenance crew is great as well and responds quickly to any issues that may arise.
