Terrible Place to Live

If I could give no stars I would. This place is absolutely a scam. You can clean your entire unit before moving out and they will do anything in there power to charge you so you won’t get your deposit back. If you don’t live on the top floor you will hear the people above you every time they take a step. Walls are really thin, basically paper. The pool is always closed due to kids throwing glass in it. Roaches and crickets run the place. If you pay your rent on time it doesn’t matter because they will still try to give you a five day notice. Also, when it’s time to potentially renew your lease, it will increase drastically. Mine went from $1495 to $1900 which is insane, and why I didn’t renew. $1495 is already a lot for a box to live in. You and your guest WILL be paying for parking. Your last month living here they will charge more for community fees, carpet replacement, anything really to keep your deposit. I suggest not living here. It was 13 months of hell for me.

For future renters, the leasing office/maintenance WILL enter your apartment while you aren't there so if you have any pets be careful. I had to ask multiple times for them to at least call me before they entered my apartment.

The apartments are very beautiful. The staff is wonderful. The only frustration I have is paying for your own maintenance issues. Everybody here is very friendly. Very convenient having a shopping center in the parking lot. It is a nice place to live.

Community is walkable to restaurants, shopping and services. It is a quiet and respectable community. Community spaces are large, well maintained, and clean. Staff are friendly and professional. The apartments are designed beautifully.

The staff seemed great, pool area nice, great gym as well. Location is growing. There are a lot of nice places to shop and eat near by. School right up the road. But? it has great potential. It community members are ------. Porches has trash, kids walking around unsupervised, load music. Saw all that on my first and last tour there.

Great experience and location, easy access to stores and restaurants. Office Staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are taken care of in a very timely manner. Gym and pool area are great for the residents.

They are incredible at responding to us here, and are quick in not only their responses but with work orders. Facilities remain clean and tidied and staff are incredibly kind. Noise level is minimal. Highly recommend.

Staff is top notch and so nice. Grounds and property is beautiful. Maintenance team resolves any issues quickly. Amenities are better than any other place that I have lived. Security is just a call a way if ever needed.

I've only been here two abd a half weeks but so far everyone is friendly and professional and assisted me right away when I had an issue with my kitchen lights and I enjoy having my packages delivered to the secure package room as well

My dryer wasn't working. I called the leasing office and they started a work order for me. But they went another step further by offering to open another unit for me to dry my towels since maintenance couldn't come fix my dryer until the next day. I appreciated this next thought!

So far so good in this community. Everything is clean and well taken care of. It is quiet and everyone is courteous of each other. We love the floor plan and look of our apartment and are very happy to have such a big space for such a fair price

So far it has been good. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful when I have questions and concerns. I did have an issue with someone parking in my parking spot and had to go to the office twice. The second time I went Ashley typed in for the towing company to come get the car and solved the issue immediately. I haven't experienced an issue since and really appreciate the way the office is kind and helpful in resolving said issues.

Don't like it. Concrete is filthy at the 3rd floor and they don't clean it. All my neighbors doorways are filthy. It's not a good luck expecially when they are trying to rent out the last apt on the 3rd floor

Just one problem, I only have hot water in the pipes, The problem was never solved, Please, I need this problem resolved soon. I haven't been able to take a cold shower. I have a baby and it's a problem every time I go to bathe her.
