Beautiful community with service minded staff! Location is ideal for getting to I 10 and the 303. Really enjoying the amenities here, the pool is not crowded when I've gone to use it, weight room is new, clean, and climate controlled.

Everything is overall pretty good, but beware that guests have to pay for guest parking. We were not told during the tour. We were only informed that we had to reserve parking spots for our guests. We found out AFTER moving in that it costs money. This would have definitely changed my perspective when choosing this complex. I brought it up to Ashley in the leasing office but she seemed taken back and like it doesn't matter. She told me to have my guests park in the surrounding parking lots. That is not a great solution. For as much as you have to pay for rent, they charge for parking for guests. Seems a bit extreme to me.

Ashley has been amazing during this whole process of touring and applying for an apartment. The community meets all of our needs and more, we are so excited to move. The only change we would make is to have free parking for guests who are visiting.

Brand new community in a great location, polite and helpful leasing staff, nice size pool, hot tub, and indoor gym, with a dog park and dog wash station. First floor apartments have optional attached garage and hardwood like floors. Upstairs have carpet in bedrooms. Community room is upstairs from leasing office with a pool table, shuffleboard table, TV area, kitchen area (no stove), ample seating indoors and out. Priced a little on the higher end. Good move in specials though.

I've seen this apartment being built while driving by and just happened to see that it was finished and ready for touring. The tour was lovely and Ashley provided us with what we were looking for in terms of apartment layout and available apartments. The location where it's built at is an ideal spot for shopping and food, especially since the area around it is still developing!

It was an easy and amazing experience so far here at sienna apartments. Our first apartment which was our last one was horrible and this now feels like home. I definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for something nice, affordable and safe in this condition

Upon moving here 2 weeks ago I thought is was an awesome thing. I have since experienced lack of communication with the leasing office which has been extremely disappointing. My expectations of what my experience would be moving into a new apartment complex has failed in more ways than one. I am unhappily living in a less than 2 week new apartment that I don't feel appreciated or cared about from this apartment complex.
