The most important reasons this complex is valuable as a rental site is the location and the construction. It is situated just north of the canal, which is a perfect place to walk, run or ride a bike. The complex is close to shopping and popular restaurants. The older building is made of brick; even the walls separating adjacent unites is brick, which is a secure feeling.

Location location location but if your looking for a non smoking community this is not it. Breezeways and common areas usually littered with cigerrette butts and tou can smell the stale smoke outside in most of the grounds.

Cheri was great with the move in process, especially because I moved from out of state. The location of my apartment is perfect too. I feel very safe and secure in the neighborhood, plus there is easy access to anything I could want. My apartment was very clean upon move in. The whole office staff is very kind and accommodating to me and my dog. I'm glad I chose Capri!

Great community! Great staff! How are you could ask for in a place to live. Near Camelback mountain and hiking trails, heated pool barbecue grills dog friendly what else could you ask for? Gorgeous views in my newly renovated apartment with up to date appliances. The staff is always there when you need them in maintenance comes with a smile.

The complex itself is decent, at a reasonable price, the staff can be a pain like most places but sometimes their attitude is unprofessional and can demonstrate incompetence. There are trash shutes which are nice. Or WERE nice until they locked them up and forced us to use a trash pickup service that is not only noisy at night, but they dont always do their job, your pretty limited to how much you can throw out and they charge you for it too. Theres no security even after numerous acts of vandalism.

Pros: Very nice amenities - gym, cafe, lounge. Great location. The leasing office is open 7 days a week. Cons: Poor late fee policy on rent, no grace period whatsoever, and can't pay early either! Only way to avoid fees is to pay rent exactly on day it is due. Dirty hallways. TERRIBLE laundry facilities - in need of new machines. Appliances need upgrades.

A large convenient apartment complex, if you are lucky you will get a renovated one, if not they are drab and uninteresting finished with out of date, cheap, poorly installed fittings. They are expensive for what you get however the location is what you are paying for

My experience in moving in was quick and simple. I did everything via internet or quick phone calls. I arrived on the move in date and was taken care of with quickly and all the staff members were inviting and warm. I was given a nice walk through to show me where everything was and given verbal and paper instructions to get started with the mail, using the facility, and getting started with cable. My move in was worry free.

Great location, easy access to get around town. Beautiful pool area great layout, they just need to work on the heating / cooling system as well as update the plumbing system. The peace and quiet I have though is so valuable for me.

I'm very happy at Capri on Camelback. Staff is excellent and the location is perfect. It's very close to my work and there are many shopping choices. Any issues I've had have been addressed promptly. It's quiet and common areas just got new carpet and paint.

Apartment and location are excellent. Very tight parking quarters and horrific security on premises. The AC within my apartment was broken for the first 4 days of residence; it took going down to the leasing office to finally get a resolution.

We have lived here for eight years and still just love it. We would recommend this complex to everyone looking for affordable,resort-style living. In addition to all the amenities (pool,gym etc.) there is a market and deli on the premises. Capri on Camelback is it's own little community.

Excellent environment, and overall a great place to live. The staff is great, very friendly, and the complex is very nice and well kept. I will be living here for a long time and this has definitely been the easiest and best moving experience I have had in a long time!

It’s fine. Not great. But not bad. Certainly not the luxury property it claims to be. It’s an old building and only so much can done to keep it competitive. But that’s what keeps it affordable. The location is the main selling point here. You get ever you pay for.

Have lived here just three weeks and have already called maintenance 4 times. They are promt and friendly and for the most part have fixed the issues but just ridiculous that was needed so many time already.

There are better places to live in the area. The complex has basic amenities but it could be better. Most of the apartments have old fixtures that could be upgraded. Office staff are nice but don't go out of their way to help.

Older apartments but lots of remodeling. Some noise/ inconvenience for remodeling. Nice neighbors, helpful office staff. Nice amenities. Great location. Safe and clean. I'm happy with it, and will most likely renew my lease if they don't raise the rent.

I have to say, I'm less than impressed. My hot water heater is shared with multiple residents and it never heats past luke warm. The A/C and heating isn't the normal, central air that you see in 98% of the other apartments out there as well. It's basically a giant radiator that doesn't even blow air. Also, my toilet looks like it was designed for smurfs (but at least I was aware of that fact coming in). Overall, my recommendation would be to steer clear. Just because it's a Greystar and in a good area, doesn't mean it's not subpar.

Garbage service and fees prohibits me from making a recommendation. In addition the parking fee is not renter friendly and it appears to be increasing. This along with escalation of rental rates make for annual increases more than the rental rate increase;

I moved into a newly renovated studio inside a newly renovated building. The materials and fit and finish are very good for the price. The complex over all is usually free of loud noise except for when the landscaper come by. The pool/spa area always seems to be clean. There is a small convenience/deli store on the property which is nice. My only gripe is not having a choice when it comes to picking TV/internet provider, which you have to go through CenturyLink.

I would not recommend this apartment complex at this time. Asbestos, lead paint and only God knows what's in the water (some sort of black sludge) and that's just in your apartment. Yes, the location is great, but there are other apartments near by, I would check one of those out first, or rent / buy a home.
