The interchange with the management staff was easy, and the transition to the leasing experience was comfortable. Very quite, feel safe. Nice to be gated and having a security service. Dog friendly with numerous dog waist stations. Nice dog walk and common area. So far very pleased with this experience.

The staff is great on the few occasions I needed something. Some of the neighbors have been extremely inconsiderate in the past and as I’ve never filed a formal complaint, others have and it doesn’t seem to help. Besides that the staff does a great job of keeping the property looking top notch and clean.

Cobalt is a generally friendly community. The apartments are well designed, on two floors, with no other tenants directly above or below you. Having attached garages is a real plus. The trimming of bushes and tress needs to be kept up better. I wish people would pick up after their dogs, especially since management provides the waste bags.

Cobalt on 32nd is a very nice place to live. From the large, luxurious and quiet town homes to the amenities and nearby entertainment, I can proudly say I’ve never been happier! I’ve lived in apartments across the west coast and have never felt as happy as I do at Cobalt.

It’s been. Decent, my only problem is they’re charging more because california people are moving here and willing to pay more… however the property still looks the same with the additional payments. Parking is also a hassle as i had my air towed twice due to not having any available

Management is Fantastic!
I've spent the past year living in Cobalt on 32nd and have nothing but positive things to say. The neighborhood community and amenities are fantastic. The manager, Adrianna, has topped off the experience. She is super friendly and has the most positive attitude. She goes above and beyond to help the residents with anything and everything she can. As someone who moves often, my experience is management can be a make or break. Adrianna is hands down the best management I've dealt with. Highly recommend!!!

I think the staff is less than stellar - all maintenance is subbed out to other contractors - which is ridiculous. Hire someone who can do it all. Why waste your money on subbing out to other contractors? No wonder our rent is so high!

When I first moved to Cobalt I would have given all 5 stars. The upkeep of the property, the office management, maintenance etc all were excellent but in the last couple of years I’ve noticed the property has gone down. The courtyard outside my front door use to look so pretty. Now it looks wild, dry and no flowers. Maintenance request are not always taken care of (I’m still waiting on a request I put in 2 months ago and my recent request still hasn’t been addressed) The pool is always dirty and the water looks more green than blue now. On a positive note, The office staff is super nice, pleasant and professional. The maintenance guy is very nice as well.

The location of these apartments is very convenient but the crime and homelessness in this area are becoming a daily problem. There is a car wash directly across the street which is on from 6:00am until 7:30 PM and is very loud.

Security is a concern bc I have not seen anyone patrolling at night. The electricity was shut off and it would have been a gesture to have the security patrol with a loud speaker to let residents know the status. There needs to be attention paid to the sports type car which drives through the complex with his engine making loud sounds. He needs to stop such disruptive actions.

I love this community because of the privacy. You have your own garage, property is gated and it is extremely quiet. The location is within a mile from the 51 and the 101. Same for shopping and schools. Very accessible. Rents are far more reasonable than most places for the amenities. Highly recommend the property.

Very well community. I enjoy the atmosphere and manager office community. Colbalt has made me feel like home. I will always referral my friends and family to Colbalt. The Colbalt is very open and comfortable place to call home. The location is excellent location between two major HWYS. Multiple groceries stores some in walking distance. Lovely shopping plaza at desert ridge off SR 101. Maricopa Community College in walking distance

I've been here for just over a month and I have no complaints. Well, actually, I think the rent should be lower for the area. My girlfriend and I work in North Scottsdale and chose Cobalt on 32nd st for the location. That being said, it looks like were not the only one who shifted zip codes because traffic is still bad in the morning trying to get over to the North Scottsdale area. So, although we are getting a lot for our money, if the rent was closer to $1,000.00 we might consider staying after our lease but I think we are going to go for buying a house. Well anyway, that is my indecisive life story. I understand there has been some management changes over the past couple of years, Weidner is currently the management company and so far they have been great. The property is amazing, clean, management is top notch, anytime I've needed maintenance, which is rarely because the property is brand new, our repairs were done very quickly, sometimes same day. I would certainly recommend Cobalt on 32nd st.

Worst management I have ever encountered! Lived here from December of 2014 till September 2015. I moved out early because I bought a house. I paid the remainder of the rent and turned the unit over to management early. I painted all the marks in the walls and ensured the unit was clean. I left all contact information with the office when I paid the remainder of the rent. For my efforts they refused to perform a walk through with me while I was there additionally they charged me a "move out" fee. However they were not decent enough to contact me with the information I left them, they sent the charge to a collection agency where I have been threatened my credit will be negatively affected.

The broad with the dark black hair in the office decided it would be a good idea to tell me that she didn't see my package in the office. I guess she wasn't in the mood for jokes so she purposely looked passed my package and told me that maybe the USPS didn't deliver it. This was a signature on delivery package so she was being dumb. I didn't want to make a scene though because she seemed kind of vindictive, especially since I was moving out soon and I really didn't want any problems with a person like that. I came the next day because another package arrived and I advised the nice one that a package was delivered the previous day and if she could check, and you guessed it there was my package, same spot, plain view. Thanks nice office lady! Seriously though, If anything really grinds my gears is people messing with my mail. Especially some stupid front office. I would have rather it been stolen from my doorstep that some broad in the office lie to me and be in a crappy mood. We're supposed to trust these people?

I have booked this apartment online and see it got rejected as if it is not avaliable ... But the payment has been processed and they returned partial amount saying that the application fee has been done .. Even the apartment was not avaliable , But they processed the application and has charged it unless they have an available apartment

30% of the residents here are children under the age of 12. If you have children this community is great. The amenities are great, just don't plan ever using the pool, jacuzzi or fire pit with out unattended children screaming and splashing all around and at all hours. I have never been able to have one relaxing day in this complex at the pool. The are at the very least 5 kids (usually more!) screaming and playing in the pool EVERY single day sometimes until 9pm. and now that it is summer and they are all out of school it is even worse. This is a beautiful community I wish I did not have to move, but I really can not handle the GROUPS of small children. I think it is great that the parents and their kids have a nice place to live. But, if you don't have children and dont want to see them riding big wheels and tricycles and scooters all over the complex, all hours of the day and night move somewhere else. You can find a much more relaxing adult orientated community for $1500 a month.

Simply put, I love this place. I've lived at several other apartments around the valley, and this is the best I've seen. Everything was beautifully clean on move-in, units are huge and well laid out, and the grounds are kept in spectacular shape year-round. I had actually put a deposit down at another property, but touring this place made me change my mind. I face Union Hills, along the north side of the community, and the noise from traffic is noticeable, but better than I expected. Parking is a significant challenge, as it always is with small communities like this. The office staff is stellar; they are friendly, attentive, and willing to help however they can. I will most definitely be renewing my lease this year.
