The amenitites are great. We love the rooftop and the pool and all of the access to outdoor space. The only complaints are that the gate to the garage has not worked since we moved in and we have seen vehicles broken into and there is a dog on our floor that continues to pee in the hallway. The management team is having the carpets cleaned all the time, but the smell always lingers and gets worse before they clean again. That tenant should just be kicked out.

It has been a great community to live in, amenities are really great and the staff is always super helpful. It is always clean, and if there ever is an issue they are super quick to help fixing it, I would recommend living here.

A fairly quiet community with a lot of amenities. The pool area is very nice with plenty of shade and plenty of sun for those that are seeking one or the other. Covered parking is a bonus, especially in the summer months. The staff does a great job of being proactive on any issues.

The building location is great and close to many restaurants and other amenities. The building and facilities are very nice and very new. We are generally happy with our living arrangement in this facility, but that does not mean that it is managed perfectly. All apartments have issues.

Excessive fees for amenities that don't work: you pay for parking but the gate has not worked consistently since I moved in. I've submitted 10+ maintenance tickets to no avail. WiFi is $75 a month and is not stable. It barely works in common areas, despite being advertised to. Additionally, since I've lived here, management has tacked on nearly $50 in unnecessary additional fees for (common area electric costs more than 50% of my own apartments energy bill, fees for package services.). The building also technically broke my lease. I was promised a month rent rebate, but that wasn't honored for the month stated in my lease agreement. When I raised concerns, it took multiple emails back and forth plus the threat of involving my legal team to actually get my lease honored. Too expensive with hidden fees and additional ones added on within my first 4 months of living here. Would not recommend unless you want to overpay for somewhat luxury apartments and have extra money to pay for fees they add at a whim and without announcement.

It's a good quiet place to live but it is overpriced . Staff is kind and friendly but not very good at following up. The community is kept clean and nice and the apartments are nice and fairly modern but too small.

Management doesn't care about what you have to say. Example would be dozens of people complained about this new gate and they did nothing about it until it trapped everyone inside prior to work and caused everyone to be late. Continuously making daily activities a hassle and seems to not care about the community at all other than your rent.

Terrible communication between residents and office. Never know when things are happening. Had a whole fire in my hall last year and was never communicated anything. Office always changing people and no one knows what's happening. My dog got attacked in dog park and the office said they would get back to us and STILL haven't heard anything back. I am in love with this complex but will not renew again bc the office is awful.

The representative that was here before the new staff she was amazing. I am unsure about the current management. There was an incident where the staff lied about a particular reason for entering my unit and needless to say I was not ok with it.

I love my apartment and will say maintenance handles orders efficiently. My biggest issue is with the front office staff. There is little to no communication when it comes to issues like when the fire alarm goes off 5-6 times since I moved in. Not just a little fire drill. More like we're outside for 2 hours while the fire department checks out the complex. Which in AZ is the worst. The only updates we seem to get are when they are charging extra fees or rules when it comes to parking.

Love the community amenities staff is great. But your compliance is terrible I'm a disabled veteran, I have a registered service dog & esa dog that's been denied multiple times. I have submitted documentation proving disability & proving my dogs use and am still being denied.

So many different issues from facility issues, internet down, doors not properly functioning, pool cleaning, not getting timely responses to my concerns, it took over a month to get answers to my questions and constant management turnover.

The community before new management took over was amazing. Im very disappointed in the lack of communication the new management team has with us as a community as a whole. Ive had my car broken into with absolutely no help from management nor nothing was done.

Community is quiet and the amenities are nice. My complaints are the gate and external doors aren't always locked and the coffee machine is out at least once a week. I think The trash concierge fee is a waste of money and should be optional.

My experience at this MAA location in Midtown Phoenix has been less than satisfactory. Dog owners let their pets do their business out in the halls and around the elevators. These areas constantly reek of urine and poop, to which I've seen with my own eyes. There are also certain residents who do not respect others and blast their music, run through the halls at night, and litter the place. I've also put in multiple maintenance requests that end in no action taken. The rent is also too high for these conditions. The only positive I have of this building is the location and how it is centralized with easy access to anything you could want. Needless to say I will be looking elsewhere once my lease is up.

Since moving in, overall the staff is friendly.The only negative experience I've had w/ employee is from corporate employee named Giovanni Trujillo. He was rude, condescending and does not know how to handle difficult conversations which I found weird for someone who, as I was told by another employee, is a corporate trainer.

The overall quality has decreased since the building was the Haverly. The staff seems disinterested in the residents and the property overall. The common areas are not properly maintained especially the pool area.

We are mostly happy with this apartment complex - other than then the property management not making people keep their balconys cleaned and also allowing dogs in the grassy area downstairs that is meant for bbq - the dog poop makes it unenjoyable - Dogs shouuld only be allowed in the dog run park

The community is mostly quiet, clean and safe. It does feel like living in a resort. There is so many amenities provided. I choose this location because it's very central Phoenix. I'm new to the area and needed a place I felt safe, close to work, had food places within walking distance, close to the metro & quick to drive to any destination.

Please Note: We were never shown interior of the Unit..OR the Lounge Area by Previous Orig. (Haverly) Mgt. or Leasing Staff!!...OUR UNIT (#560) IS One of Few DIRECTLY under the West End of the Very Poorly Engineered & Designed, Very Noisy @ times,"ROOFTOP" Lounge!!...been told there is a 10:00 Curfew!!...But many Residents mite Not Be Aware Of...Due to Late Night (after Hrs.) Gatherings!!..these Noises are from Tables & Chairs being Drug across the Square Concrete Slabs, that are Basically Our UNITS CEILINGS!!..with little Regards or Respect to US, the Residents Below!!..I had been working with Resent Previous MGR.JOSH, & Dan, Maint. Supv. to Resolve the Noise Issues...So Very much looking for a Resolution Upstairs!!..In Last 18 Months, No other Issues!!..Myself & Maryjane Have Enjoyed our Time Here @ MAA CENTRAL AVE...Previously Known as HAVERLY!!...Regards, B. Living at MAA has been great. It has nice amenities, I like the keyless entry feature, the 24/7 gym access, and the pool. I wish there was more visitor parking and the mailroom can be a lot at times since a lot of residents won't pick up their packages on time. Otherwise staff has been friendly and good, I don't have issues with my neighbors, and I actually enjoy the space I reside. If you're looking for a home consider MAA central

Not bad, maintenance is fast. Amenities are worth the price of rent. Took basically the entire cold season to get the rooftop firepits working. Wish the corridors between units weren't so sterile and grey, feels like walking the halls of st Joseph's just down the road. Halls also smell weird in parts of the complex. Unit is good, luxurious

Josh has been amazing! He keeps the property looking fantastic and he cares about people. I moved in 6 months ago and love no commute, taking the light rail to downtown, and the quiet evenings in midtown.

Average experience. I believe the rent is too high for the location. Security is lacking. Theft is common in the parking garage. The pool maintenance work has taken too long. The staff is nice. Again the rent is too expensive
