so far living here is been great, management and staff members are great and really helpful! I even renewed my lease! management is constantly looking for stuff to do or get for the neighbors, food trucks, handout event! i cannot ask for more! love to see all the furry friends walking around the community pretty clean neighborhood

Move in at The Station was super easy! Zoe was a lot of help before moving in and made sure the lead up was seamless. Liliana did an awesome job helping me get my keys, taking me to my apartment, and showing me around the complex.

It's good the apartment is nice there are a number of homeless in the area. I like the parking garage and washer and dryer in the apartment. I wish you would discontinue allowing dogs in the complex. Everyday there is constant barking and there is a woman her dog snarls at me onsite

I love the Station on Central. Great location and in comparison with others at a really good price. The complex is always clean and they are always working to keep it nice. Lots of great restaurants nearby and a park right in front.

I like it so far it is very quiet the parking is nice since my car is covered. i like the in unit washer and dryers as well as how everything is updated. it was clean and has a well layout. I like that there are 2 pools for my family and friends.

Been good for the most part. Very hard to add a roommate especially when I am already a tenant. Also had to reapply even though I've been checked out and had to pay and additional 50 for an existing tenant

To be honest it's a great space but my experience here with some people and employees have not made my experience to pleasant but it's a beautiful apartment. Very clean. Most of the staff is an actual joy to talk to.

I have absolutely loved my stay at the Station on Central. My apartment couldn't have a better location. The grounds are always well manicured. The restaurants and businesses located near by are amazing. I simply do not have anything bad to say.

I have been at this complex over 6 years now, and I simply love it. Literally everything is high quality: from the Office staff and Management, to the Maintenance folk, to the grounds keepers. I cannot thank them enough for all they do.

The maintenance staff is incredible! They always fix things in a timely manner and with friendliness. They also always keep the pools clean and fire pit/ grills clean and running. The gym machines are always cleaned and functional as well.

My experience here is wonderful. So far the apartment complex is great and the staff are wonderful and a response to residents request fast and respectfully. The place is very clean, quiet every part of the day. I do not have any more words to say to make 200 words so this is all I have to say.

We have 2 families at Stations! I wanted to be closer to my best friend and asked for a transfer to a new apartment with a little more space. The team was so helpful to ensure our move was successful! Huge shout out to Taylor, Zoe, Liliana and Ismael! We transferred from a 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom. Our families love the area, security, secure access, friendly neighborhood, close to the Rail/Park and the most amazing staff for any issues! Our transfer was seamless and no issues! Highly recommend Stations based on our location and friendship with the staff.

The office Management and staff is Excellent! The community noise at times can be loud and barking dogs can be a little much at times! The location of the apartment is very convenient for shopping or whatever I need to accomplish around the Phoenix area.

For me, dealing with the application process itself what a bit of a nightmare. Seemed to be far too many people involved in the process itself not communicating effectively. Initially, very frustrating but matters worked themselves out over time.

Great staff who answer promptly to work order requests and are helpful with the stress of move-in. Clean grounds and very pet friendly. The common area has a coffee bar and dog treats. Events are sometimes hosted for residents as well. 10/10 recommend!

Good, overall satisfying all requirements and was very respectful upon entry, likewise not only was the solution fixed, he asked if there was anything else i needed to be done and if so to let him and the matinee staff at any point in time and he will assist.

So so. Rent is good. Lots of trash build up at the chutes. Kitchen appliances cheap and don't work great. Mostly quiet in the community. Overall 6/10 Complex is getting old. Could use some renovations like new windows.

Maintenance staff are friendly and professional. Front office staff are helpful when needed. Management is on top of their work and willing to help when needed. Community is pretty clean and quiet most of the time!

The office staff is incredible- they are caring and kind. My dogs and I stop by often only to say hi! The community is beautiful, the apartments are upgraded and also beautiful. Maintenance is also fabulous- they take care of any issues, if you have any. I have had nothing but good experiences living here.

This has been a great experience. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. We worked together until we could resolve all the issues in my apartment when I moved in. They were just a few tweaks needed and they took care of it immediately.
