My experience at this community has been nothing but great. The grounds are very maintained and refreshing. My unit is everything I expected it to be. The staff members are pleasant and has always greeted me with a smile. The only thing I'm unsatisfied with is, some (not all) dog owners clean up their dog's feces. Other than that, I'm very pleased with my decision to move into this community.

Attention to detail
As I was enjoying my morning walk I saw Donta meticulous cleaning the furniture in front on the pool. The property here is very well maintained due to the attention to details the staff puts in on cleaning the furniture and equipment that is available for everyone in the community! Thank you for keeping this place maintained!

Very helpful staff
Night service manager Carlos did a great job with following up and making sure that everything is working well after placing a work order. He went above and beyond with his customer service. Overall, the staff are really friendly and helpful.

Night manager really assisted in not just a timely matter but a quick manner. He was polite, considerate and made me feel reassured that my concern would be handle from my initial call. Within 5 minutes he handled the situation and called me back to provide me a follow up. Thank you Carlos. You did an awesome job.

It's a nice, clean apartment community. The amenities are well maintained and upgraded. The maintenance staff is helpful and quick to address any concerns. It's been a good experience living in this community for the past 6 years.

First of all to whom it may concern: The three years that I've live here at the preserve have been good nice and quiet community and helpful service on the other hand. Hopefully I may purchase one of the units in the future.

Amazing and caring staff that go above and beyond
Fabiola has been amazing assisting me and my family during our difficult time. She is very patient, knowledgeable and kind when answering all of our endless questions. Thank you Fabiola and the maintenance team for all your hard work serving all in need. Each of you have exceeded our expectations. We are proud to call Homecoming of the Preserves our home.

Phillip was extremely helpful and very informative. He showed us multiple properties until we found the perfect one. Not only was he helpful, but he’s super friendly and funny and made everything for us easy.

Smooth move in
Today I moved in, I have had the pleasure of working with Julie for the past 3 months for my new apartment. She was patient with me, answer all my questions, took me on a tour when I first came months ago and always available by phone and email. She is so nice and fun to work with. She is your go to person if you want great communication she will not let you down. Edgar the assistant maintenance supervisor did my apt walk threw with me and check off everything I noticed that needed attention to. He was patient with me, he didn’t rush threw the unit like some do he waited for me and marked it down. He showed me how to work the appliances and the washer and dryer. He answered all my questions. He kept a smile on his face the whole time. I don’t like bugs and there was a water bug in my garage and Edgar took care of it for me and I thanked him for that. Move-In Process
I recently had the pleasure of going through the move-in process at Lewis Apartment Homes, and I must say it was an incredibly smooth and stress-free experience. From start to finish, the entire team, consisting of Cassie, Julie, Jasmine, and Sam, went above and beyond to ensure that everything was handled efficiently and professionally. I cannot commend them enough for their outstanding service.

Great Staff and Fast Fix
The 5-star great repairman did a great job fixing my refrigerator and helping to clean my washing machine the next day when I submitted the request, they never step on your carpet and clean up the place after the fix, thanks

Excellent Service
I would like to thank Michelle for always being so helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. She always has an answer for me and is always willing to help. Quick to address concerns
I would like to thank Alfonso for going above and beyond and addressing my work orders regarding terminex. He made me feel like he was listening and was able to come up with a solution to solve my problem 100% recommend, then there was Jaime who was able to order my new refrigerator for me and get it here faster then i expected. As for installation Edgar was super friendly and helped answer questions i had regarding the new technology on my refrigerator. thank you Homecoming at the Preserve for your maintenance team always going above and beyond and always giving it a 100% plus more. Thank you Alfonso, Jaime, &Edgar!

Poor customer service for the residents. Clubhouse rental is overpriced for residents Parking is crowded with non permits Dog feces everywhere The clubhouse pool and gym are poorly monitor , so many non residents (especially public) utilize the amenities

The staff here at Homecoming is really nice and punctual. When we have an issue that needs fixing, they respond in a timely and friendly manner. I haven't had any issues with the staff. My current neighbors have been respectful and nice.

I enjoy my apartment, but the continuing rising costs are becoming unbearable. Also, I do not feel that my voicemails to the front office are ever returned. Lack of security is also an issue. I would feel better if we had a larger security presence in place within the community. There also seems to be a rise in theft over the last few years.

Pablo is the best
I am grateful for Pablo. He fixed my garbage disposal, light over my stove and fan in the bathroom. He took the time to explain everything to me! He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with my apartment. Thanks Pablo!

From leasing office to home in less than 24 hours
Samantha Spinelli helped us throughout the process and got us into our home in lass than 24 hours! Super responsive and professional. Lots of amenities, events and services plus a great, quiet community.

Pablo is the absolute best! He’s so helpful and extremely kind. It’s always a pleasure running into him anywhere. He makes me love this place even more! He is so friendly and attentive. He is so very helpful and always willing to help. I appreciate him always going the extra mile to really do his best to help and be attentive to everyone here. I appreciate how he is always in such a happy mood. He really puts a smile on face. His energy is so upbeat and so positive. Additionally, Sam is so helpful and attentive as well. She really made the move here and the process was so smooth and easy. Overall these two people in specific really make me appreciate and feel as if I made the right choice by moving here. People like Pablo and Sam are what help separate this place from all the other places I was looking at. They truly made the move seem so worth it. I appreciate the help and kindness and friendliness they have provided. The people like them are what give this place such a good name and really add to all the pros this place has to offer.

My experience the first couple years were fantastic. But I have noticed the last year the community has changed. There's a lot of trash left behind. A lot of loose dogs running around. I also smell pot every day as I walk through the courtyard to enter my apartment. I have kids and can't leave my window open at times because my apartment will fill up with the smell of pot.
