When I first found the Retreat I knew this would be where my daughter and I lived. But I had no idea that after a year of sleeping in my car, this would be home. The moment I met Cristal, my nerves calmed. For the first time in almost 10 years I felt a sense of peace. I felt safe. I knew Cristal was our light. Each and every time I see her or her wonderful team, they are all smiles. Not because they have to. You can feel their vibe. They are genuinely happy to see you. To be of service. Such spectacular people. I used to cry a lot. And I'd say the same thing over and over; "I just want to go home.". You guys not only made going home to my daughter possible, you saved my life. You have no idea how much gratitude I have in my heart for you. Thank you. PS: to top it off the property itself is outstanding. The residents are awesome. The sound of happy kids just being happy kids is all around. Everyone is respectful of one another. And the place is beautiful. So clean. So easy to be here. Now if only you'd open the pool! ??

Best onsite manager.

Best, onsite manager ever!!!! Miss Crystal Lopez is always there specially with any question concerns or worries never get overlooked by her. She’s very welcoming, hands-on, outgoing, beautiful personality, joyful in inside out. Do her diligence as she should as a Onsite Manager I have nothing bad to say but professionalism all the way around she gets five stars from me??

Nice place

The apartments themselves are nice has washer dryer hookups and the noise isn’t to bad considering we’re low income. The manager crystal is very nice as well. She helps when you have a problem and tries her best to maintain the positivity around here. The pool is very nice as well. Very well kept.

Cristal is such a kind person and made the move in experience so easy for me. It was fast and I felt so comfortable coming to her and asking her all sorts of questions I had. It’s so great living there knowing that there’s a amazing manager!!

New management has been great

As attendant who has been here from day one and is very meticulous on getting what I paid for I can say the new management has did a good job at not allowing tenants who think that they run these apartments to continue their behavior giving these apartments are built in a provish neighborhood you more likely get arrogance or aggressive individuals who think that threats and complaints will get them what they want Miss Crystal has let it be known that she is the manager and has a job to do and as long as you're following rules and doing what you're supposed to as a tenant there is no issue I have came many times to the office with complaints and maybe not in my best attitude and have not once dealt with inappropriate or aggressiveness from staff The quite opposite to where I know I should have been a little more calmer but I do appreciate the grace I've been given even when I may not deserve it these apartments need a manager that isn't going to let tenants run it and a follow rules and I got to say I love Henry lol that man is always busy and moving

Cristal Lopez is an excellent manager—kind, helpful, and professional.

I want to take a moment to recognize Cristal Lopez for the outstanding job she does as a manager at our apartment community. She is always professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern, Cristal has responded quickly and made sure everything was handled efficiently. What really stands out is her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. She communicates clearly, follows through on what she says, and creates a welcoming environment that makes living here a great experience. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and in keeping the community running smoothly. I truly appreciate all the effort Cristal puts in every day. She makes a big difference, and it does not go unnoticed.

It's a nice place to establish and make a home, I love the cemetery down the street, it's a special type of view. I honestly love it here, my kid isn't to social but here and there he enjoys the park.

Loud neighbors that don't care, lousy maintenance that doesn't care, will charge you even if you don't have work completed, roaches. The one thing good is that it's still shelter and it's spacious, no washer nd dryer unless you have a 3br. I constantly get woken up by noise good luck trying to mitigate that it will never happen.

Its been mostly good living at the Retreat. Its a good place to raise my 7 year old, there's two playgrounds and a swimming pool for her to enjoy. Not only that, but holiday events where neighbors can get together with the staff.

Overall the stay here has been very great it's very peaceful staff is very friendly the grounds are very nice and clean the pool is amazing during the summer and there are two parks for the children to play at

No comment on the the apartments or anything just now has a new manager Crystal and nobody likes her at this apartment building and it makes it very difficult to communicate with her on situations she is trying well she is intimidating not to me but disrespectful

The staffs awesome and u will feel right at home they hold events for everyone and they post on ur door to get everyone to join the event if they would like. I feel good about being here. I just don't like the stairs.

The retreat apartments are nice and spacious. Pool is great for summer. 2 play grounds that the children will love. When you need maintenance done the maintenance guy gets to you asap. Me and my children love our home!

It's a gated community by a cemetery And near a mental health facility with a pool community room, playground office, staff and parking lots. One two and three bedrooms are offered by this property group.

Love the staff and the size of the unit, racheal is so professional and helpful. The maintenance staff is always so helpful a d works hard to keep the place nice. Appreciate all the hard work! Only complaint is the loud upstairs neighbors.

I love this place, the staff here make you feel at home. I never want to leave...We have a nice pool that just opened up kids really love it here we have real nice park for a nice place to walk around at night it's very also have a gym.

I love the complex, management is awesome and management helps in anything needed The only thing is we would love to be able to use the pool . We have not been able to use the pool that is here at the retreat.

It's a beautiful community. I love it. People tend to mind their own business but are very polite if encountered. Management is great. Work orders are responded to in a timely fashion. Security are on top of their job as well.
