Great experience at the Retreat Merced CA, Location. Moved in a week ago and have been very impressed. Pool gym and playground are always very clean and clutter free. Rachel in the front office is awesome. Very professional work ethics. Feeling very appreciated and Blessed to be there

My experience was ok for the most part. I like the way the apartments are built it just wasn't for me. They have a lot of rules and to me they pick who to enforce the rules on. Personally I never had any problems with the staff just tenets.

For the most part it has been a pleasant experience, other than the fact that the ac/heater has not worked since we moved in, which has been problematic for the health of our household. Only other complaint, is that nothing was explained to us upon signing our lease, so a lot of things have been learned the hard way.

Everyone is friendly staff is perfect and very understanding.. Holidays are great they are always opening doors with loving hearts .. They have 24 security available on property and they even have a onsite manager..

So far it is nice and me and kids love the inside of our apartment and also the little park for my kids to play at is nice. I haven't had any problems so far living here and hope to keep it that way .

I'm Not Completely Satisfied with some of the differences of opinions or favoritism since I believe in everyone having a Brighter Future especially since Kids of all backgrounds of different cultural beliefs

If you're looking for a nice place to live these apartments are nice if you have children there is a playground there are some occasions where people tend to have children unsupervised but overall the place. Is nice

Living area is ok? having kids living here is difficult because of all think's happening all the time here. People smoking inside and outside their units, all the criminal activities going on. People drinking and partying Out all night like they owned the units.

Overall I have had a fairly positive experience here. It was a little rough in the beginning due to a certain situation. However, it has gotten a lot better. The use of security has helped me feel more safe in the community.

It's been a good place to live except the garbage cans far but that's all.The pool needs to open for the kids other than that.So far it's been nice,clean !!I love the laundry room the gym is nice friendly place .For any out of towners you probably will enjoy it!!!!

Very kid friendly calm upset environment nights aren't hard to sleep here neighbors aren't a problem and close to local resource great park lots of fun lovely swimming pool clean water big shower overall its recommended alot

It's beautiful new facility that faces some community development issues, but I'm grateful to have moved my family into a 3 bedroom apartment. It is lower income housing, so don't expect a lavish 4 seasons. All in all tho I'm extremely grateful, and will keep helping to build this community stronger and wiser. -Palme G.

Too much crime, not enough being done. I have some concerns . Noise complaints, there is a not well person, female, who seems to be under the influence who screams absurd things at late hours of the night, she also freely walks in and out of the gates, doesn't seem safe for kids to play outside, is more going to be done about safety of the residents or children? I'd like to start a neighborhood watch

Did not start out well. Staff is great, but the neighbors in our building (upstairs) are loud and disrespectful.i feel that the company needs to do better screening on tenants , especially background checks.

It's nice here and I'm lucky to be in a brand new place. They have a friendly staff. Plenty of room to move around. It's comfortable here not to noisy for as many people that live here. It's a place to call home.

Finding a place to live in general can be a tedious nightmare, Richman Property services offer great, courteous staff and quite atmosphere with clean units all equipped with new appliances, what more can you ask for?
