Horrible management team, the person who gave me a tour. Her name is Maria Brown. She should not be there and she literally made my tour feel so disappointed and sad. No professionalism whatsoever. She was moody straight up as soon as I arrived. I don't know what her deal was. Made me questioning why she was even there working. Literally, she did not answer any of my questions straight up, saying I should just go on the website because all the questions can be found there, but I was already there so I wanted to make sure some of the website information was correct. I don't know why she was so moody and rude straight up. I did not like anything about her at all. I feel like I'm wasting my time. The community itself was beautiful except for her. She should not be there.

My tour was very informative and the leasing agent was able to answer all my questions. She gave me a tour of not only the unit but also the entire community including the gym, rehearsal area, common areas, garage, and mailroom.

Overpriced for what you get. Cheap finishes and no character. The leasing agent was rude, there were clothes in the washing machine in the unit we toured. I had high hopes for this building but was very disappointed

The Chandler Noho is hands-down one of the best communities you are going to find in North Hollywood. The office staff is attentive and warm, the common areas are pristine, and the community itself is warm and inviting, (but not in the overbearing or intrusive way.) The maintenance team is very knowledgeable and make whatever issues may occur their priority. Security is vigilant and has taken the time to get to know members of the community. Outside of the various layouts of beautiful apartments they offer the team is really what makes this place what it is. I think anyone looking for a safe secure warm, peaceful place to call home should definitely set their eyes on The Chandler Noho.

Highly recommend living here! Everyone from management and residents are all respectful. It is also a safe and quiet place. Close to a lot of areas like the metro and restaurants. Management also hosts events for any residents that want to join

The leading associate was nice and helpful and it's very close to the North Hollywood Metro. It also shares a garage with a CVS, which could be nice on rainy days and to grab some quick supplies. Thanks!

So far, the experience of the tour of the community was excellent. Maria was thorough, patient and very friendly with me. I appreciated that I did not feel rushed whatsoever and she's been keeping me on the loop with trying to get rented and assisting me while I encounter little mishaps. The complex is cute, clean and seems like a nice neighborhood.

Nice location, newly built and clean building with decent amenities. The fitness center was a little underwhelming. Parking also isn't the most ideal. Loved having the option of custom paint before moving into the unit and front loading washer and dryer. Also loved the options of internet providers in the building

I had such a great experience here that I felt I had to leave a review. From the moment I toured the community, I felt like I was home. I've seen many other apartments, townhomes, and condos?but none of them compared to this place. I couldn't stop thinking about it! Maria was amazing throughout the entire process. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and truly made me feel welcomed and supported. The only challenge I had was with the application process?not with Maria or the staff, but with understanding how to input certain information (like housing vouchers and child support income). Even with that, Maria went above and beyond to help. The property itself is beautiful and feels like a true community. I never thought I'd go back to apartment living, but this place changed my mind completely. I'm looking forward to calling this place home and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that's not just an apartment, but a place where you can truly settle in and feel good about it. Hope to call you Neighbor someday

i love living at the chandler! the community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and clean. the maintenance and cleaning staff, as well as the building staff, are super friendly and accommodating. i think with the rent specials offered, the apartments are definitely worth the price of rent. community amenities are very nice and well-maintained as well. location can be pretty tricky, as the metro station surrounds the building and there are very many unhoused individuals as well as individuals experiencing substance abuse disorder who make the immediate vicinity unsafe. there is a great security team, though, that sits outside the building most of the time

I really love my home. It's clean, the staff is kind and helpful and I enjoy the amenities. I feel safe here and love that there are so many convenient places near home. Food, coffee, happy hours, entertainment, etc. 10/10

Love this community. Maria made everything about the application process and move in incredibly seamless. The building had everything I wanted and feel incredibly comfortable and safe. The location is even better. Walking distance from fun restaurants and night light, to the theater, there's always something to do just a short walk away

So far, staff have been tremendously helpful and friendly giving me a sense of security. The neighbors I have met so far have all been very kind and we have offered help to each other if either needs. The facilities and amenities are also very clean and well-maintained!

Horrible racist discrimination was told to take my Palestine flag down while my white neighbor gets to have their yellow flag and I received two lease violations and was told to take it down immediately, but my neighbor wasn't told anything and six months later there's is still up. RACIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The office staff, maintenance, janitorial, and security at The Chandler are all such lovely people. The building has great amenities (washer/dryer in units, community spaces, pool/jacuzzi, 24/7 gym, and more). However, it is not the most dog-friendly location. They do have a dog wash station, which is amazing but it would be great to have more outdoor space for them since there is no designated dog run and the surrounding area is very urban. The building is kept in great shape and they respond promptly to maintenance requests. And the management is always so warm and friendly. No complains at all on that front!

Rent prices are too high given all the amenities and sizes of the apartments. The building is very well maintained and designed, new construction is nice and clean, but the prices are too expensive for the location and features.

I just moved into The Chandler Apartments August 21, 2023. So far I noticed it is a very quiet, clean, and well managed community! It's actually more quiet than the Townhome community I lived in. It's been a smooth process since I contacted the community about living here. Love it!
