Although we are not yet residing at The Chandler we are enjoying our time we've spent there so far. We will be officially be moving in on 9/13/23. The resident services dept has been very efficient...Alfonso is very knowledgeable and professional.

Well maintained complex and pleasant staff and maintenance responds promptly. It's a nice place to call home. The lobby always smells sooo good!!!! It's one of the first things my visitors comment on.

Christina was incredibly helpful in guiding us to the right people for our low income application. The building is safe and clean and we are happy to call it home. The security team is also a wonderful addition to our community and everyone has been kind and incredibly professional.

I love everything about this apartment. From management, staff, security. Amenities , parking, having inside unit washer and dryer , not to mention the beautiful pool area , gym. I am very happy to have moved here. Thus place has absolutely everything that is super important for me and I'm a very selective person.

Victoria and Christina are super polite. They made the move-in process easy for me. My room was very clean. This is a great building, and I would recommend living here to anyone looking for a place!!!

The tour was efficient and informative and everyone was very nice throughout my visit to the community. It was also easy to find and parking was readily available during my visit. The guard at the gate was extremely friendly and helpful as well .

The Chandler team has been very helpful from before move in until even now. I had many questions and a number of requests surrounding move in and they have been there to answer those questions without issue. The apartment was nice and clean when I moved in and the process was easy.

This experience was great at chandler. I love the way the apartments are built. I love the view from the balcony. That was my favorite part and I can't wait to move in. Hopefully it's soon. The apartment manager made the visit very easy to choose this community for housing. I enjoyed every moment.

Everything has been super convenient ever since I moved in! Any requests are being handled right away and everyone is super helpful and friendly! I would definitely recommend the property, it's amazing!

Love it. However I was assured it was a nonsmoking building and that the filters would keep any smells out of my unit. Since I moved in I haven't really slept due to cigarette and Marijuana smoke. I know you can't control what people do , however I should have been informed that the unit was not completely safe from smoke from other units.

I love the location of this apartment and I love how all the amenities are all together on one floor. I also love that there will be a CVS on the first level, which is very convenient for grocery shopping. I love the interior of the units as well, sure hope I get approved to live in this lovely community.

The tour of the apartments was very nice and the leasing agent James was informative, and fun to talk to. He answered my questions and followed up with me after the tour. He was accommodating and immediately helped me, a true gentleman.

The experience visiting The Chandler , North Hollywood was very pleasant. James and Claudia where very polite and answered all the questions that I had. James showed me the facilities and was very polite. Overall, a great experience.

So far it has been ok I listed a few things that can be helpful for other tenants who are thinking of moving into this building. For a new built I was a bit taken back that a few things were not considered such as EV charger .

Convenient location but poorly made units. There's also odors in some of the units. I was really excited to visit the property during a cross country move. I'm so glad that I took extra time to fly and visit the property - I would have been highly disappointed.
