The location of this complex is amazing everything is literally walking distance. Freeways, shopping centers, food places. Kudos to Maria for providing a very informational and great tour! She was very flexible with my appointment time, my tour was at 5pm and I stopped by way earlier and Maria with no hesitation welcomed me in. Thank you once again!

Wonderful Apartment Homes

Imperial Palms Apartments is located near literally everything. Shopping centers, restaurants, multiple freeways, schools colleges, and even city hall. Staff is very friendly and helpful, thank you Maria!

Great Management Team

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex, largely thanks to the amazing staff to Betsy and Maria. Everyone in the office is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and communication is always clear and respectful. Shout out to Rony! It’s comforting to live in a place where the staff goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcomed and taken care of. I highly recommend this community!

Imperial Palms Apartments is an excellent community in Norwalk. The location is perfect close to major freeways and surrounded by great restaurants, making daily life and commuting incredibly convenient. The property is always very clean and well maintained, showing the team’s commitment to providing a comfortable and safe environment for all residents. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional, and the person who truly stands out is Manager Betsy. She is dedicated, attentive, and always looking out for her community. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and works hard to make sure everyone feels supported and valued. Amazing staff

The staff here is great! They are consistently making the property better. Betsy and Maria at the front office answering our questions or issues. They get our repairs fixed almost immediately. Rony does a well job in fixing and repairing around here. Happy resident! 100% recommend to live here!

Great Community and Management

I enjoy living here! The management team is friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to maintenance requests. Betsy, Maria, and Rony always working together to complete our work requests. As well as following up, after the work is done. The property is well-kept, clean, beautiful landscaping and flowers all around the community.

Wonderful Complex!

I toured this beautiful community a few weekends ago. It has all the amenities that make it a great experience to live there. The pool was very clean, gave me a sense of relaxation when walking by it. The complex itself is very peaceful as well! The customer service from Maria was great! Which made my experience here outstanding. The location of the complex is amazing, close to a few freeways and shopping centers.

A Great Experience at Imperial Palms! I recently moved into Imperial Palms, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The property may not be perfect, but the manager, Betsy, makes all the difference. She is incredibly professional, kind, and truly dedicated to ensuring everything runs smoothly. I can see that she gives 100% to this property, always available to answer questions and address any issues. Whenever something needs to be fixed, she's on top of it, and it's clear she's working hard to improve everything for the residents. It's also worth mentioning that the other residents I've spoken with are just as happy with her. Betsy's commitment to her work and the residents makes living here feel special. I'm really glad I chose this place.

It is a great place to be at. The community is nice and peaceful.

The staff here is very wonderful and helpful. The people around are very nice and it’s a nice safe gated community. Great access to freeways and located next to a good shopping plaza. Imperial Palms is the apartments to be at!

Imperial Palms is a great place to live

It is really nice and quiet at Imperial Palms and ever since Betsy took over management this place has gotten better. It is clean, quiet and there's generally no issues. Apartments have new windows and the small playground at that back is all new, great if you have a toddler or small child. Whenever you have a problem with your apartment Betsy and Pepe are quick to solve your issue. Really happy living here.

Happy to live here. The location is excellent. You live quietly here. Many improvements are being made to the building. The staff is very professional. The manger Betsy and Mr. Pepe are always kind. You have a lot of things to do around here.

The Imperial Palms apartments are located in a great area of Norwalk. Just a few minutes away from the theatres, City Hall, Target and great eats nearby. Aside from the location, the property and apartments are well kept. The property manager, Betsy, is always available to answer any questions I may have and promptly takes care of any issues that arise. Pepe the maintenance guide is super professional.

My Home

Great Location!!!! I've been living here for about 3 years now. I chose this apartment complex, because it is in walking distance to my work place and is in a great location. Across the street there is a Target and a shopping center. There are plenty of places to dine in or take out, also there is a bus stop a half a block away that can take me to the metro link or the Norwalk Green Line Station, which is great for those of us that don't drive. The apartment complex is well kept and the neighbors are quite during the week. The manager Betsy and Pepe are super professionals.

Great Place!

Imperial Palms has been home for several years. I can’t see myself leaving. I love how quiet it is and how great the neighbors are. The manager Stephenie has been amazing from the moment I moved in. Pepe is also great at taking care of the grounds and any maintenance my apartment needs. They make a great team. Location is everything here! I especially love that I’m on the freeway and on my way to work in less than 5 minutes.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Imperial Palms. The whole staff is very attentive and cater to ones needs. If there was an issue with the apartment it was taken care of in a timely manner. The neighbors are very respectful and the community over all is very quiet. I would move back if I ever go back to the city of Norwalk.
