I have been living at these apartments for a while and the property manager Stephenie has always been great and helpful with everything. The community is really nice and friendly and clean which is why I love to call it my home. Also living really close to the freeway and shopping centers is really great and convenient for me.

The front office staff was very professional and attentive from the beginning. Answered all questions without any hesitations. Community is very clean. The grounds are well maintained. The parking is tough if you have more than one car. One of the few apartment complexes that allow pets.

I've lived in Imperial Palms for two years now and I have had a great experience here. The property manager Stephenie and the maintenance technician Jose are very professional and friendly people. She is always glad to help w/ any situation immediately and efficiently. The properly is well kept and quiet. It's a nice place to live in and besides having a good staff it's a walking distance to Fast food restaurants and Target.

My family and I have lived at Imperial Palms for 3 years now and have had nothing but a positive experience. Our property manager Stephenie has been beyond helpful since before we even officially moved in...whenever we have experienced an issue she has done everything in her ability to help out in any way she can . The building itself is well cared for and the neighbors are all pleasant for the most part. Even the groundskeeper is very helpful and if we ever have a problem in our unit, it is fixed in a reasonable amount of time.

My son and i just moved in and the move in was very smooth the leasing process was great thanks to the manager she did great at explaining rules regulations. The parking is great. The apartment was given to be very clean. i have had some questions but the manager Stephanie is always there to answer my question and concern so far i love living there. I almost forgot the maintenance guy Pepe is awesome as well. Imperial palms has a great team.

I have been living here for a couple years now. I have been very content with my apartment. Great neighbors and quiet community. The manager Stefanie is awesome. She always takes care of my requests and every time I have a package delivered (which is often) she receives them for me and calls me to let me know I have a package in the office. Pepe, the maintenance guy is great too! Just a great staff all together. You can tell they care about their jobs and their tenants. Oh! A.C's were installed this week! So excited for that. Definetly recommend it!

I didn't like living here Stephanie the manager was a horrible manager. She had a big attitude yelled if things didn't go her way insulation was bad felt all the heat when it was hot. A lot of neighbors moved because of her at least 3 that I know of not including my self.

Love it here! Everyone is incredibly friendly! Apartment is well maintained, carpet was clean. Stephenie (manager) is extremely kind and professional. She is very informative and doesnt hesitate when service is needed at anytime. She's actually assisted me when I locked myself out of the apartment with a smile. Thank you! Also the maintenance team is really friendly and does a great job! Kudos Imperial Palms!

My husband, baby daughter and I really like living here. Management is professional and prompt on repairs. Pool is kept in good, working condition. Gated community and descent area. Walking distance to major businesses. Freeways easy to get to from apartment. Management is always updating apartments, on top of it. They really care about residents.

Pros: Grounds well maintained. Across the street from target. Great proximity from major freeways. Cons: Roach problem from beginning. Onsite manager unpleasant to deal with Apartment stays very hot in the summer even with 10,000 btu AC. Water heater is terrible. Showers pulse hot then cold water every morning.

So far I have nothing bad to say about Imperial palms! I am absolutely thrilled with everything and cant wait to come home. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. There is an on site manager. And the maintenance guy is here daily. The neighbors are very cheerful and friendly. The children are well behaved and generally quiet, the small ones are always supervised. There are beautiful plants and flowers everywhere which are all very well maintained. The trash area is clean. (trash is only placed inside the dumpster.) Plenty of parking directly in front of the units. My unit was almost completely redone prior to moving in. freshly painted, new carpet, counters, flooring, the bathroom sink and tub were resurfaced, new siding was put around the tub, new celing fans (in the bedroom and dining area/kitchen). All the work was done very well. Not half assed, like my previous apartment. The unit is VERY spacious without having too much room or too little. The layout is perfect. It doesn't feel cramped. (I have alot of furniture.) Plenty of storage space. There are windows in every room including the bathroom (no crappy exhaust fan) The airflow is magnificent even on a hot day when all the windows are open its quite cool. The location is exquisite. Right across the street from target and the 5 freeway, down the street from the AMC, and walmart. The only tiny problem, which really doesn't bother me at all, is there is a farm thing across the street with peacocks and they make kind of an annoying noise. Im really happy with everything so far and really excited to spend at least a year here!

oh let me tell you

Since I have been living in this complex it has been nothing less than a delight. My unit is always maintained and the area is very clean. Usually no one writes a review unless they are unhappy. But I beg to differ .I am very happy living in this community.They have a wonderful and friendly staff and I have had no issues.
