I recently had an issue with my shower that was not an easy fix but Kevin and Darius made sure to find the solution. Kevin and the rest of the team always make sure to complete every requests I have had on a timely manner and are always extremely professional!????

    My experience at Enclave been good

    Very perfessional and friendly guys. They come in and get right to the problem that needs fix. Plus they always make sure before they leave that it’s cleaned up. Having maintenance guys like that makes it very comfortable to live here. Even people that work at the office are very helpful and nice

      Thank You, Manny!

      I’ve been living in this community for six years, and I’m genuinely happy to see Manny as part of the Enclave maintenance team. He has a great personality and is always very helpful and approachable. Manny is kind, respectful, and truly cares about serving the residents here. He consistently makes sure the gym equipment is well maintained and safe for everyone to use, which I really appreciate. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and wants the community to have a great experience. Manny is a huge asset to this complex, and his dedication does not go unnoticed.

        Great service!

        We needed some items to be taken care of at our unit and we always see Kevin and Darius running around working their tails off so we really appreciated the communication and urgency they had to help us. Very professional and Enclave is lucky to have both of them

          Kevin is awesome

            Great maintenance service

            Kevin. C and Darius. L did a fantastic job replacing my washing machine. They kept everything clean and were quick with removing the old machine. The leasing did a great job communicating and assisting with getting a new washing machine.

              Washer fix

              I can’t say enough good things about Kevin and Darius! When my washer completely broke down, they showed up right on time and handled everything from removal to installation like absolute pros. In under an hour they had the old unit out and the new one perfectly in place, no drama, no delays. What really stood out was how quick, quiet, and clean they were. They worked so quietly I could barely hear them from the next room. When they finished, you’d never know they’d even been there, every speck of dust was gone and the laundry room looked brand new. Both guys were friendly, explained everything clearly, and made sure the new washer was level and running perfectly before they left. Their professionalism turned what could have been a stressful headache into one of the smoothest maintenance experiences I’ve ever had.

                Fireplace and ice machine was not working properly

                Darius and Kevin provided excellent service on a Sunday. They thought I only needed my fireplace fixed, however, they were willing to look at my ice machine too and got both repaired within 30 minutes.

                        Great worker

                        Kevin never fails to come through with great work. Helping out with the minor issues that do occur from daily living can’t thank him enough for all the help we had issues with our ice maker and toilet and our issues were resolved within 10 minutes of Kevin entering our home.

                            Great place to live-great customer service

                              Kevin came and fixed our garage door in less than 30 min!

                              Our garage door was not fully opening and was a bit of an inconvenience. After having it looked at initially we were told it was a spring that needed to be fixed. Kevin pulled up and had us back to normal in less than 30 min. Thank you Kevin for the quick and professional service we appreciate you as always!!

                                    One Year Later: Still Grateful to Call the Enclave Home!

                                    It's hard to believe it's already been a year since my wife and I moved into the Enclave and what an incredible year it's been! This community has provided everything we hoped for and continues to exceed our expectations in every way. Over the past year, we've enjoyed using so many of the great amenities here. We've rented the clubhouse multiple times for gatherings and even attended a really informative CPR class there! The business center has also been a huge help! Perfect for wrapping up last-minute projects or hosting professional meetings in the on-site conference room. Our Lifestyle Director, Bailey, deserves special recognition for the fun and thoughtful events she organizes. From a Star Wars movie and food night by the pool, to an awesome Taco Truck event with delicious street tacos and dessert, to a surprise grab-n-go Chick-fil-A breakfast near the front gate! She and her team have done an amazing job fostering a real sense of community. I've enjoyed grilling burgers, and steaks on the easy-to-use outdoor grills, and I've used the gym and theater room on occasion as well. While the gym equipment could use a small refresh, there's still plenty to get a solid workout in or enjoy a movie night close to home. Our home remains in excellent condition, thanks to the maintenance team's outstanding care. They even removed a wasp nest from our front patio overhang, absolutely fearless! Manny, Noah, and Lee are always quick to help, friendly, and genuinely caring. Their smiles and passing high-fives make daily life here even better. Parking has been simple and convenient, and we're especially thankful for our garage and the virtual parking attendant, which makes managing overnight guests so easy. We've also loved using the on-site car wash! It's great being able to keep our car clean and shining without ever leaving the community! A big shoutout as well to our night service manager, Hannah, who's been such a blessing! Whether helping us wrap up late-night clubhouse events or greeting us with a friendly wave during her nightly rounds, she brings warmth and peace of mind to the evenings. And of course, our heartfelt thanks goes to the office team - Kimberly, our amazing Community Director, along with Riley, Richard, Jessica, and Austin. Each of them has been kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our experience wonderful. They regularly check in on me, my wife, and our little baby girl on the way, and it truly shows how much they care. From the welcoming staff and thoughtful events to the convenience and comfort of daily living, this past year has been everything we hoped for and more! Thank you Enclave!!

                                          Awesome job

                                          Kevin C. did an awesome job replacing our light bulbs throughout the apartment and navigating around our baby gates. He was very helpful and friendly to our family. We had many bulbs that needed replaced because we took awhile to put the request in, but Kevin replaced every bulb we needed very efficiently.

                                            Fantastic, Awesome

                                            We have lived here for over three years. Anything that needs to be repaired or maintained in our apartment is typically taken care of the same day or next day. The entire staff here is always very attentive and accommodating. We recently had an issue with one of our appliances over a holiday weekend. Kevin, Lee and Noah worked together to solve it. This is typical of the staff here, individually and as a team. We chose The Enclave at Homecoming Terra Vista due to the cleanliness and it being a gated, secure community. We got so much more than this! We can say that we have never called the office for a service request, a question or outside maintenance need that has not been taken care of quickly and professionally. The staff here is friendly, courteous, professional and prompt. It is nice to live in a community with so much support. We highly recommend our community if you are looking for a place that you can call home.

                                              Love it here!

                                              I absolutely love living here. Kimberly and Richard in the office are awesome and incredibly helpful. Maintenance is great and always comes quickly for any issue. I do wish there were more events, they are lots of fun but other than that this place is great!
