This is LUXURY living!

Today's Jazz Breakfast was impressive and in line with luxury living! It was fancy and a nice setting to meet new neighbors. Shout out to Riley and Vanessa!! They greeted every single person that walked in and made them feel welcomed. It was a nice turn out!

Beautiful Community with Good Management

When I first arrived at this community I immediately fell in love with the appearance of the community. Ever since move in, the manager is constantly making improvements to landscaping and amenities to maintain the appearance. The groundskeepers work very hard to keep the community clean too. I am thankful to live here.

I am impressed how well this complex is kept up on a daily basis. The staff are great and helpful! I never have an issue finding parking, dog poop bags and trash cans are provided throughout the premises. I highly recommend this community!

This is the best community I have ever lived in. The landscape, evening lighting, and quiet neighborhood make the price worth it. The staff is very professional and helpful when I call. I love the layout of my apartment and the two car garage.

As a current resident here at the Enclave, I am preach that this the resort style living you've been searching for. The maintenance is kept fresh on a daily basis. With palm trees and nice grassy areas, this place is just like paradise. Twice a week our staff picks up your garbage bags and dispose of them for you. After a long day out I was coming home late and saw our security patrolling around making sure nothing is out of the ordinary. I feel safe walking my dog all hours of the day. With a dog park and convenient Car and Bike wash, I only need to leave to get groceries (lol). Everything inside my home is well maintained and great quality. If something goes wrong (Light or doorbell goes out) our staff is on it the very next day. This is a tight and well cared for community. Everyone is extremely friendly and they make it feel like a FAMILY. I am beyond thankful to make this my HOME.

Place was ok. They love to keep your security deposit and you will never get any of it back. They will send you bill on top of keeping your security deposit. I have never stayed at an apartment that does this. They are not honest people.

I'm sorry but there is no way these reviews are real. What a joke. The inside of the apartments look nice in their pictures but they are ridiculously overpriced. They dont look as nice if you watch a REAL walkthrough done by a tenant and not the company. looks like a regular apartment. Most people have cheaper mortgages than the cost of a 2 bedroom here. Staff is a bit pushy. Asked me to put down a deposit right when I asked about availability "its the last one! someone could rent it. you can put down the deposit to hold it" and sent me an application that needed to be completed in 48 hours when I was scheduled to see the apartment 5 days or so from then. Drove by before and looked around. Complex looks nice but there was dog poop in a lot of places and looked like lots of people walking around that didnt belong there. I didnt belong there and i didnt find it difficult at all to be there. Then I read that Homecoming Terra Vista allows ---------. They tell you they do not but they do. I cant imagine at the Enclave since it is much more expensive than Homecoming. I also read about rapes and burglaries on these properties. Management did not inform the neighbors. Ill pass. I tried to call to cancel my appointment to see it and spent 15-20 minutes (on 2 occassions) on the phone before I just gave up. They keep calling me now....over and over. I mean I think it is safe to assume if I stood you up and didnt reschedule, I don't want anything to do with you. I did try and cancel but no one answered the phone. Seems like they are just DESPERATE to get tenants. I did not get this feeling from all the other apartments Ive checked out. There must be a good reason why they have to keep harassing someone to try and get them to live there, and I imagine the inability to answer the phone is just the beginning.

The Enclave New Apartments is a nice community, nice set up, nice Gym...However good luck finding parking on Weekends! With the community not even full to capacity, there is parking issues already, they do not enforce enough for those who do not live here and have no parking permit. As for pets there is no enforcement for tags that leave their droppings around the area, and do not have to show tags that they are being paid for. So you can sneak you pet in without them knowing you have them even those over 50 pounds. For what you pay here, its luxury without the service! Take a look twice before you consider the Enclave Terra Vista. We hope the place will get better for being so new.

We've been living at the Enclaves since 08/01/2014 and all good things. The staff is friendly and helpful, and quick to respond to any question that we may have. The complex is beautiful, almost makes me forget that I am at home and not at a resort. The clubhouse is beautiful with a state of the art gym, a movie theater, business center, and game room. We take full advantage of the pool and the serenity that it brings. I love the activities that are offered to us through out the months which allows those who live here to meet new people and have fun. We are super close to Victoria Gardens and the freeways and great schools. The Lewis community strives to make our living comfortable and pleasurable.

The Enclave is resort living!!! It's such a beautiful community and the clubhouse has everything, an entertainment room, an oversized gym, a game room a business center and more. The pool area is like your at an upscale hotel, just beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially Richard Nava. These apartments are brand new town homes with attached garages. We are happy to call this place home : )
