------My stay I've lived here for just under two years and I have NO complaints whatsoever. I can't even think of one incident here I have been remotely upset by. ------The Management The office manager is extremely nice, she is someone you cannot help but like and admire. Most people are impressed with her open and caring disposition (although she is overworked both at her job and as a mother, but she never complains and always has such a positive attitude you almost cant help but feel better after talking to her than you did before-- even if she is letting you know bad news). Despite how busy she is, she always has time for her tenants and to solve any problems thrown her way in such a way all parties involved are satisfied with the outcome. ------The Maintenance Guy I believe the maintenance guy is the most important employee when it comes to keeping an apartment complex, such as this one, running smoothly and with happy tenants; Israel is the best I've seen out of the last 6 places I've rented from. He is able to quickly fix anything as if it was professionally done. He never cuts corners and even does, when required, quite a bit of extra work to correct for half-assed repairs his predecessors passed as 'fixed.' He is also the type of guy that wouldn't let his boss anyone know all the extra trouble he went though because I very much doubt he would voluntarily talk poorly of anyone for any reason. I personally am planning on giving him a nice Christmas tip, as nice as I can afford which sadly won't be much. I hope his excellence is appreciated enough by the other tenets for them to follow suit. He deserves a far better Christmas bonus than the measily hundred I will probably bee able to come up with. (He never hinted at wanting a tip, I have simply been so impressed with him I want to give him one.) ---The apartment complex itself~ The complex is gated, gate openers are issued upon signing the lease, all cars on the premises need to have a visitors or permanent pass. The Massachusetts gate is open while the office is open (mon-fri 9am-5pm I believe, excluding holidays). -There is a very nice pool on location and laundry machine.(I think it is 9ft deep in the deep end(I never swim so I'm not sure)) -I've never heard inappropriately loud noise after the sun sets. -I've never seen suspicious activities (such as drug dealing) -I've never even caught a whiff of anything that smelt like drugs. (This is cool because at the last place I lived, on Iowa and Blaine, my neighbor sold drugs and my father and I hated the situation, we felt like packaged would be stolen off our doorstep if we left them there too long. I was very happy this place seems to be completely drug free and extremely safe. I feel so safe here, I often forget to lock the front door. Something that would have never happened two blocks away at the place I used to live at. This location is the perfect place for a family of 5, or for non-partying college students who wish to focus on their studies. I say non-partying because many residents have families and would not tolerate being kept up all night, or loud noises passed curfew. I cannot recommencement this place highly enough. I go to UCR and before picking this complex to live in, I searched every apartment complex and alternative places to rent within a bikes ride to UCR and I originally picked this place as it was the cheapest. After staying for a while, I realized it is also the best place I've ever rented by far. A testament to how fondly I feel about this place: I will continue to live her for as long as I can (with my current situation that means I'll stay another 1-3 years). If you are interested in living here, it would be a safe bet to assume you wont be able to immediately move in, but would have to wait for 1-3 months for the apartment you want to open up.

I've lived here for almost a year and I absolutely love it! The size of the apartments are amazing and totally worth the price. I've never had a problem with noise, neighbors or the staff. Tiffany is so nice and always willing to help with whatever you need. Don't plan on leaving anytime soon

I've been living here since June and I have been impressed. I struggled to look for a new place to live and Tiffany went above and beyond to help me. I had a short deadline for when I needed a new apartment and she had a place ready for me the day after I met with her. Placing my hold, paying my deposit, and signing my lease were painless. Everything was done quickly and efficiently and she even stayed late to help me when I had a problem on my end. The rent and the security deposit are very reasonable. I felt neither were too expensive. Both my roommate and I feel like Tiffany and Israel are very friendly and accommodating. Israel did maintenance for our air conditioner when we were struggling with it. He took his time to carefully inspect the problem and find the proper solution. He was very polite and very helpful. He even took the time to clean up the dust and debris that was left behind on the floor. No maintenance guy has ever done that for me. As for the apartment itself, I love the amount of cabinets there are for storage. The walls are not white, which I appreciate. They go very well with the wood floors and give a nice homey feel. The carpet is a good depth and shade too. The only complaint I could think of is the lack of a light switch for the living room. There is a fan with lighting when you step in to the front area, but the living room itself doesn't have a light switch so you can put a lamp (since it lacks a light fixture). Other than that, the apartment is great for its price, the staff is very welcoming and accommodating, and I am happy here. i haven't been here for long, but I'm sure I'll continue to enjoy living here.

I lived here in 2012-2013. The apartment was decently sized and the price was affordable. We had a slight roach problem, but it wasn't extreme. However, moving out was the WORST. I had a walk through inspection and was given the okay by the maintenance man. The apartment wasn't left disgusting and there was no damage done to the apartment. My roommate and I cleaned the apartment, but I'm sure if you went through the apartment with a fine tooth comb you may could find residual dust. So I assumed I would be receiving a decent amount of the security deposit back. Instead, my roommate and I owed more money to the complex. When my roommate and I questioned the charge, the manager Tiffany said she specifically mentioned the cleaning and repainting fees...This was not mentioned at all. Nonetheless, if you decide to rent here, then I would recommend you to confirm what they will charge you when you move out of the apartment. So you aren't surprised with your whole security deposit being taken from you and owing more.

I moves from SD to Riveraide for a good job opportunity. I wasn't the happiest about the move, but finding Concord Square made the transition a lot easier. To start with, Tiffany, the property manager, was very helpful in giving me as much information as I needed and was very accomodating. I recently had a problem with my A/C that Israel, who takes care of maintenance, fixed promptly; jumping through hoops just to get it done so i don't have to suffer in 100+º weather. All in all, I've been really lucky. They have a great property management team, the apartments and grounds are quiet and well-maintained, and you can't beat the rent. I definitely recommend.

Go find a better place...
Lived here for a year. Everyday new things comes up like u can't sit on the grass or take your kids out in the evening the manger said kids have to be in strollers..... stupid thing that I never heard in my life before etc etc. the big problem is water they turn off the water at least 3 days in a week. The manger don't even inform u that it will be a water turn off. One day I was taking a shower and the water just turned off. If u have a emergency good luck with that.... They don't care no ones answer there phones....

Very good value for the price
Very spacious apartments. Grounds are very well-kept and maintenance work orders are taken care of very promptly. A little noisy with the complex being situated on a busy street, but it's not a big deal. Overall, I'm very happy with the accommodations. It's a nice step up from my old apartment complex.

There is no place like home
I first moved here with a friend about 3 years ago. We were fresh out of the military and very eager to start our civilian life. The manager saw our credit wasnt great but gave us a chance anyways. We started out great but after our first year we began being a bit noisy at times and some of our guest were rude to others. The manager never made us feel threatned when she talked to us. we always felt like we knew exactly where we stood with her. She was always nice and respectful. even when times got hard she gave us every opportunity to come up with the rent. eventually my roomate and i had to split. and instead of forcing me to move out she allowed me to move into a one bedroom. This saved me a ton of problems. everyday i see her working and helping and raising a family on her own. To me this place has been more than just a home it has been inspiration on what it means to be an adult. And when i move i know i will miss it. This place is without a doubt luxury apartments stuck in a neighborhood that could use some class. Moving here is the smartest choice ive ever made.

Great place!!
I loved living here. The apartment we lived in was spacious and well planned. I loved the size of the kitchen and there was tons of storage. The manager, Tiffany, is amazing. She was willing to go above and beyond to make us happy. Here's a story about her. My husband and I were leaving for 2 weeks of visiting family in another state, we meant to take the garbage out but accidentally left it sitting inside by the door. We knew if we left it there it would smell to high heaven when we got back, so we called Tiffany. She took the garbage out for us. I mean really, she is awesome. We loved living there and the only reason we moved is because we got into the UCR family housing which is much cheaper. We miss Concord Square though.

Very satisfied
Let me first start by saying that I have high standards when it comes to where I live and I'm not easily pleased. With that said, I have been very satisfied with living at Concord Square. Any issues that I have brought to managements attention have been resloved promptly! The property is very well kept and the neighbors are very pleasant. I love how close the freeway access and shopping centers are! The apartment itself is very spacious and was prepped very well for my move in. I have been living at Concord Square for 2 months now and I can't think of anything that I'm unhappy with. The rent prices are great as well...I highly recommend Concord Square!

Great Place to Live
I've lived at Concord Square since October 2010 and just signed the renewal for another year. I've had nothing but good experiences with the staff and I enjoy our apartment. Tiffany, the manager, is so helpful and does everything she can to make living here pleasant. The maintenance, Israel, is always reachable and quick to respond, although we haven't needed him much. The buildings are a bit old but with brand new carpet and flooring, lighting fixtures and appliances, it's hard to notice. We live in a two bedroom, two bath and found Concord Square to be the best value for the space we have. The grounds and pool are extremely well kept and the parking lot was recently repaved and restriped. The complex is convenient to Stater Brothers, schools, a few restaurants and UCR (my husband walks there). I've always felt safe in the apartment complex as well as the neighborhood.

DONT DO IT....RUN!
Do not live here! ------- the apartment manager is completely rude and unprofessional! The place is held together by gum and dental floss and if the roof doesn't collapse on you then the asbestos filled popcorn ceiling will fall down on u as u sleep or try to sleep because the tweekers up stairs won't stop moving around! Maintenance will be at your apartment once a week repairing something, the gate situation is a sloppy mess, and drug dealers riddle the place! Good luck to you there...I will admit....it is affordable!

Great place!!
I've been living here for 3 years. My current lease is up and I have to unfortunately move out due to my room mate situation. But during my 3 years here, there have been many improvements since the previous manager that was in charge when we moved in. The grounds are always kept in tip top shape. If something is broken, maitenence does their best to quickly fix it. Management is very nice and friendly. Since Ive also have lived in a one bed room and 2 bedroom apt at this complex, I can say that both units are great for the price very roomie. There is very little noise problems and I live next to the pool. All in all, a great place to live and good location for college students. I'm a little upset I actually have to leave.

I love it here. Things have changed :)
I have lived at Concord Square for 3 years now. I'll be honest, the complex has had a few less than favorable managers, but the current manager, has been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. She has a very professional demeanor, she's enthusiastic and she makes me feel welcome into the office whenever I have needed to visit it. I always see the Maintenance man working hard in the units that are being prepared for new renters, walking the property over and over to ensure it is kept in great standing. He keeps busy and I think he does an excellent job. Landscaping has been improved over the last 3 years. Looks good to me :) My current unit is a one bedroom with one bath and my rent has never been more than what is reasonable in the area. (I know, I have checked! lol) As for the parking lot being "unkept", I have learned that the plans to redo the parking lot have been scheduled for the very near future, possibly as early as next month. I'm excited about that, it is going to be so nice to have a new parking lot! So... to sum it up, reading these old reviews will mislead you, if you have seen the complex and are thinking about living here, I'd just stop by and meet the staff yourself. My family loves it here, yours would too. I have already signed a renewal for our lease here and moving my family into a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit at the end of this month. Yay for a second bathroom! lol

Not worth it...
The place needs a lot of work. The cost is not worth the value of living. It is close to the store, but is in a bad area. Manager not very helpful and a bit unprofessional. The owner needs to spend more time fixing up the place if he in going to raise the cost to live there.

Terrible living facility
Manager very unprofessional. She is a liar, a thief, and is not to be trusted. The complex was very cheap. It was taken care of poorly. The parking grounds were very much unkept. Concord Square needs a new management team. The rent did not match the quality of the apartments.

Wonderful place to live!
We couldn't be happier here. Laura is a great manager and very helpful. The apartments are well set up and the patios are huge. The property is kept very nicely. Also as a plus the pool, hot tub, and laundry are open very late. Until 10 or later.

We were really miserable at the last apartment we had so we shopped around alot before choosing this place. We are glad we did. It was the right move.

Rent is very reasonable, and low for the area. Utilities do not run very much and problems are fixed right away. You can feel safe and secure here. There is security at night, and they really do patrol the complex.

On the Iowa side you can hear cars, obviously you will hear cars if you are near the road. But the noise is minimal and we rarely hear any noise within the complex at all.

I give my home an Aplus on all accounts!
