So far so good. The management has been more than accommodating for most things. I love the resident appreciation events. Overall the neighbors have been pretty good. The units are spacious and well kept!

Homeless people continually patrol the dumpsters, the hot tub facility is closed 33% of the days it is to be open, our unit WAS NOT MOVE IN READY, office staff scrambled to get us keys to the mailbox, office staff scrambled to get us a working garage door opener. Mold in master bathroom not addressed yet, dog crap all over the lawn, cigarette butts everywhere. The list can continue, but I do want to say the office staff, James and Jasmine were very nice and easy to talk to and be with. Big shout out to them in that regard!

Not so good .. things in the apartment is not work the way it should work. We have a mouse in our apartment and it goes in the room and other areas in the apartment, which is not good for our new born baby.

Great community, professional staff. Move in process was smooth and great amenities. Having a garage is definitely a plus. The grounds are well kept and convenient location to public transportation and shopping within walking distance Would definitely recommend this community.

Living at Delta Pointe has been very enjoyable over the last few months. The size of the apartments (so much storage space), the pricing for the units, the great location, the amenities, and the staff are all just what I had hoped for when weighing the pros and cons of local apartment complexes. Plus, the tenants that I have met are all really nice. We are super happy that we chose to live here, because this is a perfect fit for my husband and myself. And shout out to all the friendly and responsive staff! I can tell that they are being very proactive this year about trying to improve even further on their tenant relations, because they are super great about response times for maintenance. The friendly greetings I get from the staff when they spot me walking home makes me feel very welcome and at home here.

Living at Delta Pointe has been nice overall. The maintenance team is not always the best. They talk to you as if you are an idiot, told me I didn't know how to properly use a dishwasher. However the office staff is courteous and friendly and the neighborhood is quiet for the most part

Awesome community! Lousy crime ridden area. Domino's will not even deliver in this area. But the apartments are lovely if a bit old and the staff is wonderful. You have a few homeless wandering around but they are pretty harmless.

Awful, there is always vagrants going through the trash and making messes. The tenants are rude and inconsiderate. People obnoxiously play their music loud. Parking is terrible, the open spots have broken down cars parked there that never move. The price you pay for water never changes, even if you don't use any water.

So far positive. Staff seem very friendly and willing to help in any way that they can. Community grounds needs some work. Exterior of my building seems to be falling off. No light in my entry way makes for a possible dangerous situation.

So far we have lived in here for four months and it's have not enjoyable. I found roaches in my cabinet last Sunday. The process for roaches is put in a complaint and on Friday a pest technicians comes out to spray. Saturday morning woke up with a huge roach on my countertops. Went to the office to put in another work order for these roaches. Which means I have to live with these pest for another week. Who does this to their residents. Not to mention the dishwasher that was poorly installed that fell on my son. And was no rush to fix it, I had to complain twice before someone came out. Also, the ants that live here. The water smells and their idea to fix it is to get a water filter. Spoke with a neighbor stated their bathroom toilet overfilled and the water sat on the floor for two days after she had complained. Save yourself and family and move anywhere but here.

I absolutely love the apartments that we chose to move into. The grounds are very well taken care of, all of the rules are exactly what we would expect of ourselves as well as our neighbors, the staff is extremely helpful and professional, and of course they have washers and dryers in unit!

Rent is way too high, the office staff are professional and friendly. Maintenance requests usually get handled right away. Just wish the rent wasn't raised every nine months when their cheapest lease option ends.

Rent has been rising at a rate faster than we would like but the maintenance here is stellar. We have never had a problem getting things repaired quickly and efficiently. The large size of the apartment is a real plus.

I just moved in this apartment no more than half month, overall, my living experience is good. However, this night we got here,the electricity went off, we call the maintenance emergency call, it got fixed. Beside that, everything goes well.

The administrative part of renting the apartment was without problem. However I was not allowed to see the actual apartment until actual move in date. The apartment was ok but there were still Maintance issued. Currently waiting on resolution to those issues. Community is very nice and the grounds are well maintained.

very friendly and helpful neighbors and staff.I love it here. My family loves the fact we live directly across from the pool. We also love the park and the landscaping. very nice community. love being close to free ways and grocery stores. thanks sierita
