Homeless people found there way into the building far too many times. Covid restrictions were absurd for the amenities that are paid for, as well as lack of concessions to residents being unable to use anything

Super friend staff and the majority of the residents are cordial and speak. Lots of dog friendly neighbors. Really has a true feel of community. Really love living here thus far and enjoying the experience.

The first weeks of living at EV lofts are amazing. Also our dog love the place a lot. The apartment got everything you need and the staff is amazing Samantha helped us with the apartment, she friendly and her response time is so fast. Amazing!

The location is great and the amenities the complex offers are well maintained and useful. However, the apartment itself is unfinished, does not have a true bedroom (no door and walls to do not reach the ceiling), and there has been dog urine and feces in the hallways/elevator on multiple occasions within the first month living here. It's a decent apartment, but nowhere near worth the price

Living here is perfect because I go to school right across the street. This complex is definitely one of the nicer ones in the area. The community is supper friendly and welcoming. I have nothing bad to say so far.

Great community to live in. I love the fact that I can walk to stores, restaurants, and Petco Park. This community also has a lovely gym, rooftop, and a great staff. I love living here and will resign once again in 2022.

Ev Lofts is a good place, especially for staying less than 5 years in San Diego. It beats the other massive apartment buildings. Parking is much better at Ev and so are the people. I like that it is a smaller community than Vantage and Ava

We are definitely blessed to live in EV lofts. Prime location and great community! Also chill and low-key for downtown and probably the most pet friendly building and city - just the way we like it. Lots of restaurants, stores and happening around the area.

EV has a great staff and is located in a great location. The dog park was the best feature because I did not want to walk outside at night. It was also a great place to meet people who also had dogs. The socials were great and I appreciate the friendliness of the people.

I've lived here for over a year and love it! The community is safe with an efficient FOB system in place and amenities are great. Very dog-friendly and the rooftop dog park is a great place to meet others in your building. Walkable to plenty of great restaurants & local bars.

The apartment itself has been great, love the floor plan and layout. Love how clean everything is. Hate that I haven't had decent access to any of the community's amenities since I've moved in... nevertheless the staff is great.

I love the roof top and how it provides you with so much greenery despite being in an urban jungle. The gym is cool, too. Good space and equipment for an apartment community. Lastly, the staff is super helpful and friendly.

The big difference about Ev Lofts is that the staff really cares about the residents and the community. The 24-hour courtesy patrol is great to have, too. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to move to downtown.

We really love living here! Its a beautiful building with really nice amenities and walking distance to so many great spots. It is downtown apartment living so its important to have realistic expectations in terms of occasional outside noise but overall everyone is really respectful and weve never had any issues.

Great place to live! The staff here is wonderful. Liana, McKenna, Bryan, Jessie and everyone else work hard to make you feel right at home. They are quick to address any issues and are very friendly. I love this place!

It has been an experience with ups and downs, there certainly is a communication barrier as reaching directly yo the office to solve a problem can be a hassle and take up to 48 hours. On the other hand, the staff is friendly and proactive in some instances, I appreciate it when they are like that.

Staff is amazing and our apartment is great along with all the services provided. The parking is super nice to have knowing my car will always be safe, along with the guard constantly patrolling the building. Only thing that could be improved is the amenities being opened back up , which I understand why they are closed.

Overall it has been a positive experience and most of the issues I have had are related to build quality and outside issues that are both beyond the control of the apartment complex or its management. The floors are way too thin and the noise from the upstairs neighbors simply walking is ridiculously loud. And of course the number of transients and homeless people constantly surrounding the complex and all of the issues associated with then is tiresome but those are not issues the management team can solve.

The community is interesting but a unique blend of business professionals, young people and families which is nice to see. I like the grounds a lot and wish the amenities were open to meet new people and hopefully things will change soon

EV has unusually good management. They have always showed great concern for my safety and general well-being. The maintenance team responds promptly and is extremely capable. Common areas are kept very clean.

Ev Lofts is home. The office staff is great and the maintenance staff, too. Liana, McKenna, Bryan, Jessie and the rest of the staff are all so helpful. The community itself is super dog friendly. Its the perfect home for me and my fur babies!
