I love my unit. I have a problem with the price. There are too many dogs, and they soil the carpets and makes it a very unsanitary environment. I chose this location because animals were not allowed and now the building is overflowing with dogs. The owners let them waste outside the building and don't clean up after them. The laundry room machines are always out of order.

The community is great. I love where I live the staff of my complex is great and all problems are being dealt with appropriately . The management is working very hard and diligently with getting out all problems so that we can continue to live in peace and prosperity in our community I love the work that they're doing.

Too many pets that makes it difficult to live in a cleanliness friendly environment. No one should have to step over urine spots or feces in the hallway leading to the elevator. I seen this happen many times in the three years here.

Quiet, well-maintained apartment complex with a very friendly staff. Most tenants are seniors or families, so it's very peaceful and quiet. Really good laundry facilities and we're only a short Uber ride away from supermarkets and restaurants.

Poor maintenance, rude office staff, poor communication, frequent water leaks, defective security doors the list of issues is never ending. Hard to recommend anyone moving in. Only thing residents can count on is a rent hike every year. Rent was increased even during covid

I love my experience at Lakewood apartments because it is a nice place to live we have a gym a clubhouse a tennis court a pool and hot tub and we also have a laundry room in every building and they have muni stops right in front of the buildings

The community is next to Lake Merced. It has great amenities and community events every month. Always someone to great you with a warm welcome when walking in the office. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Plus: Nice location, reasonably safe neighborhood. Recent repairs were done promptly and work was completed on the first run. Minus: After 10 plus year the carpet in the apartment very dingy. Not convenient for use of public transportation.

The location is convenient. The units are old and the fixtures (cabinets, doors, etc) are shoddy but otherwise the units are nice. It's sometimes loud at night and the other tenants are slobs. It always smells like weed when you walk down the halls or take the elevator. Plus: It's pet friendly.

I moved in and the sauna and steam room did not work the first 6 months. The office staff is very grumpy and I absolutely hate walking in there to ask for anything. Vanessa is very angry and short with myself and others. Jessica is very nice- the rest of the staff I just try to avoid. No help at all.

Great, Anica, at front deak was straight to the point said it like it was and move in 2 days after i enquired. Fast and smooth. Jokes on the side got my keys. Checked out the room and as it was said..perfect view. And on the floor level i wanted. Informations needed given and peace at last with my own place??
