Management
It has been at least three yeaars and two moves for me to find a place that actually employs Managers like Seville at Spring Lake. Her willingness to make her budget work so that the majority of tenants are truly happy with parking security, keeping an older property looking majestic instead of dilapitated, etc. is refreshing to say the least. They truly care about their jobs and take pride in their profession. I, of course, include the indespensible Carlos, without which Seville would be helpless. I will probably be buying a house soon, so I wanted to get my two cents in before I left. Sloppy management is the cause of most vacancies and allmost all evictions can be in some way blamed on poor motivation or communication skills of undeertrained or underpaid staff. Keep up the good work. If I ever rent again, I will look you up.
