Best apartments in town

Love living here. Staff and amenities make it all worth it. By far the nicest complex in the area. Maintenance is never an issue. Pest control always quick to handle business. Grounds are always well kept. Don’t plan on leaving anytime soon!!

Feels like I am on vacation at a nice resort. My wife and I love this place. Staff is top notch and the pool and pool area are the best I have seen anywhere. We have found it to be quiet and safe here. We have amazing views from our 2nd floor balcony. Love watching the sunrise and occasional hot air balloon. The office staff has been extremely kind to us.

Temecula GREW UP

Returning to Temecula after spending years living in Los Angeles gave me a new perspective on what modern community living should feel like. Over the past couple of decades, the Temecula Valley has seen a lot of new developments, but many of them never quite captured the level of thoughtful design and sophistication you hope for. Solana Winchester Hills truly stands out. The community feels modern, intentional, and beautifully designed in a way that elevates the experience of living in Temecula. Its refreshing to see a place that combines contemporary style with a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere. As someone who grew up here, it genuinely makes me proud to see a community like this in my hometown. Solana Winchester Hills brings a level of refinement and quality to Temecula that feels like its here to stay.

BEST place to live in Temcula

[Incentivized Review] I’ve been living here for just over five months and the amount of gratitude I have for where I’m living is immense. The staff the maintenance team the ground crew, the neighborhood is full of friendly people. The amenities are luxurious from the pool, to the hot tub and outdoor grills. The pizza oven, the billiard room and the simulator you can’t go wrong. Cancel that gym membership, this place has the most up-to-date gym, basketball court and Pickleball court.

Awesome Apts. Luxurious living!

This place is very classy, clean with loads of amenities! The pool is a like a 5 star resort…has a fireplace, TV & hot tub. Gym is awesome & a pool table! Very clean! Quiet & peaceful. Very happy & comfortable here.Glad we moved here! Staff is awesome & accommodating!

Beautiful Apartments

These apartments feel brand new and refreshing! The style is modern and the look from inside and out is very inviting. The location is great being away from noise traffic rather being very peaceful and quiet. I also enjoy the nice amenities and plenty of parking spaces. These apartments feel top of the line in this city and even a family member moved into this apartment complex recently saying it stands above many others in the area. I highly recommend for renters!

Great experience so far. Super clean facilities, 24 hour full gym, respectful and professional staff. The only issues I had was when I was looking for apartments, I never received an email response back after multiple attempts to inquire on the property. I was in Japan so I couldn't call untill I got back to the states. They were very responsive via phone call though. Also still somewhat confused with the multiple different phone apps you have to download in order to make a rent or utility payment but I'm sure it'll be nice once I get the hang of it.

My experience has been phenomenal! I think a gate for the entrance would be very wise! Some speed bumps Throughout the complex grounds would also be wise some people aren’t smart enough to know there are kids out and drive faster than they should! Seems like a lot of outside residents come in and out (no gate) pretty annoying how the downstairs bathroom fan NEVER shuts off I don’t understand that and the constant noise is quite annoying but tolerable I guess! Layout is great but when you can’t open your refrigerator doors all the way due to the tight space being close to the wall thats kinda nuts! Overall beautiful complex, phenomenal employees, honest opinion, slightly over priced! A townhome like mine should be no more than $3200/Month. Will be hard for me to renew when I know I can rent a 4 bedroom house down the road for $3,500/Month with over 2300 sq ft.

The community is great. The property is very quiet. Apartments are beautiful inside and out. The amenities are top notch. Email communication is poor though. The call center is also pretty average. I’ve had to follow up on requests more than once. And I’m still waiting on a pest control request I sent out a week ago (ants are not fun).

This community has far above exceeded my expectations. Rodger helped make my application & move in process so smooth. Robyn is so sweet and inviting, always going above and beyond for the residents. All the staff here are wonderful people. Maintenance team is top notch! Bryan, Juan, Jose, you guys are wonderful. Already made some amazing friends in my building, it really feels like home and I’ve only been here for a week! Would highly recommend this community.
