Our experience living here has been amazing. We have no complaints. The amenities are amazing and we feel so safe and comfortable living here. Every worker we have come in contact with has been nothing but nice and helpful.

Our experience has been stellar. The staff has been so professional and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and the amenities are top of the line! The safety and security features are great. I really enjoy the work from home spaces.

I recently had the pleasure of leasing at Solana Hills, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the apartment, I was impressed by its stylish and modern design. The layout is both sleek and functional, with thoughtful touches throughout that made the space feel like home. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-end appliances, and the living area was spacious and inviting. The amenities at Solana Hills are top-notch. The fitness center is well-equipped, and I loved the pool area – it’s perfect for relaxing or unwinding after a long day. The on-site management team is friendly and attentive, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better. It’s conveniently close to shopping, dining, and entertainment, yet still offers a peaceful, private atmosphere. Everything I needed was just a short drive away, making it incredibly easy to get around. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my stay at Solana Hills. The combination of a stunning apartment, excellent amenities, and prime location makes it a standout option for anyone looking for a luxurious yet practical living experience. Highly recommend!

We recently moved to Solana Winchester Hills. It is a new construction, so some delays were expected. Robyn and Roger have been great throughout the process and have made our move enjoyable. We are very familiar with the area, we had already been Temecula residents but we needed a change due to our busy schedules. We love the open lay out; WIFI throughout; One stop for utilities, this is such a time saver for us! Beautiful design and you have the right person in charge! We cant say enough about Robyn, she has been great and is very professional. If you are looking for convenience; safety; open lay out; excellent neighbors and customer service, Solana Winchester Hills is the place for you.
