I see a big difference with her being new management she making it better. she has been very quick to respond back and I can’t forget her personality she is the sweetest .To be honest this place needed someone like her.

Good staffing and manger was trying everything she can for she can get us in as soon as possible don't stop keep calling and checking on ur application she will work with you don't give up nice apartments and big and roomy

So far had no problems since I lived here so I can say it's a pretty good place to live despite the homeless making a mess every night at the trash cans. But overall everything is good where I stay no problems

It was peaceful a time now it seems there's a lot going on. I see you buying enforcement coming into the complex to the out of control tenants i've had seen people getting physical and verbal fighting. Tenant losing his life. Tenant is not respecting rules not just tenants people from the community coming into the complex and using our trash bins for their big items that they want to dispose of that just makes a mess. Disgusting post tenants and community people come in to dispose as well.

Very good experience, especially now that Thomas has help with new manager Wilma. Thomas was doing management duties until Wilma arrived. Now Thomas has help with Bobby and Wilma. The previous Manager Nancy had to have Thomas fax important information as she didn't know how to use fax machine.

I have not had any issues with neighbor's while living here. Maintenace is fast and efficient. There is a bus stop if front of the apartments for elementary school and JR high school students, I believe that is very helpful.

Been good in a lot of areas, not so good in others areas. Staff is friendly & quick to respond. Security cameras would be a big help for security reasons. The lines on the parking stalls are faded & could be refreshed

The property is nice and the units are pleasant. If the management company could just find stable office staff that remained at the property for more than a couple of years, I believe it could be one of the nicest in town

I love it the neighbors are friendly the office staff is amazing .along with the maintenance staff they are on there job . I just like here and so do my kids they get along well with other children valley oaks is a great place

3 shootings since I've lived here. We need our community gated asap. The lawn service is not needed at 7am in the morning when we're all sleeping. Lawn service will wake you up at your window! Very rude.

Friendly neighborhood. Two playgrounds for the kids and a pool for Summer use. Onsite laundry facilities and matienence makes sure issues are fixed in a sufficient anount of time. Office staff are nice.

Let me start off by saying the area in where my apartment is located is very convenient due to my sons high school being near by. Shopping centers are a plus. Most neighbors are great, but if I would have to pick out something that needs attention, it would be the parking and the cleanliness of the dumpster area's due to the homelessness rummaging through it and leaving a mess.

Apartments overall were easy to get into. They are quick with maintenance issues. Had problems with no hot water, carpet in apt is outdated. Also pest issues. There was no structure as far as parking spaces

My experience here at Valley Oak Apartments have been great management has been on top of things, and so has maintenance very respectable and reliable property is very clean. Playgrounds are neat for the children very quiet neighbors.

Very nice and quite apartments. However I've received the lack of communication with my maintenance repairs. The 2 Maintenance guys are super nice but have a lot to do for all the units and only two of them.

Hot water problem for years and rent keeps increasing the the quality of carpet and wear and tear of it they will not replace it. Security is needed due to cars being vandalized and property damages to carports

Great place to live appearance is great they have 2 little playgrounds for kids a nice community pool and laundry place. Would recommend putting an application here. Every time I've had a concern they've always helped.

I strongly believe we have the best maintenance team to take care of our service orders. Both, Tom and Bobby are hardworking and meticulous in their work performance.
