Apartment in okay condition, been having roaches since I moved in. Neighbors smoke weed and can't control There animals. Can't go on a walk without stepping on poop. Overall , I didn't have as much problems, office people when needed.

Nice neighbors. Need cameras around vehicles, the gardeners broke my windshield of my vehicle n th old them n management but they denied even though we were outside, apartment maintrnane men saw my vehicle with no broken windshield m only gardener was blowing the road m yet they denied it was them,

This community has been great since moving in here a year ago. Any time I have questions the property manager is there to answer them. He is always professional and very knowledgeable. Overall this has been a great experience for myself and my family.

Nice place and neighborhood also safe for kids. They are very professional. I would recommend this apartment to friends and relatives. We would like for the community pool to be open this summer that's something the kids would enjoy also.

This place is very noisy all hours of the night.My new SUV was stolen from my parking spot 2 months after I moved here.The trash dumpsters are always very dirty with big furniture sitting in the dumpster area which makes It very hard to walk in to throw the trash away.The walls are paper thin and You can hear fighting from the neighbors as well as screeching furniture on the top floor of the upstairs apartments.The window coveringsare very cheap and break when opening them for sunlight.This week we have been without hot water for 3 days now.I was told the boiler is broken and there's nothing they can do until the part comes in.The maintenance guy has no idea when it will come in and how long it will take to fix it.As the discussion went on he started to laugh which at that time I let him know that it's not funny.He then raised his voice told me if I didn't like it I could call the corporate office.I said ok give me the number and he refused to give it to me and told me to call the office on Monday.Im so glad I will be moving from this place in June.

Nice place to live but not enough closet space and they have roaches!!! I have tried to get rid of them but I cant! They supposedly changed pest control company and they were supposed to get rid of them but they haven't that would be the only reason I am moving.

Have live here for about 4 years and every year is the same they don't pay attention to u or ur concerns staff in the office always changing all the time pest control is the worse !!! Just maintenance too

The staff are all pleasant and professional. The community is nice, I have never had any issues with any tenants. The grounds are nice and we'll maintained. The only issue I have is the condition of the dumpster/trash area. More often than not there is trash thrown all over the ground either from people digging through the trash or other tenants filling the containers up with furniture and taking up all the space. I understand it's a minor issue and

I feel very comfortable and safe in this community. It is very clean. The staff is very nice and respectful. If you need anything all you have to do is call the office and they will do there best to help with what you need.

Not much just moved in six days ago. I like the walking path that is right behind my apartment have been using it also the gym. Only thing is gym is not open evenings or weekends. Overall the place is very family oriendated like that. Very quite at night. Garbage areas not too clean though. Very nice but not too much closet space for example linen closet in hallways. Landscaping is very nice overall. I like the fact that it is very well lighted at night time.

The apartments look great, but unfortunately the model looked way better then the unit I got. I was not allowed to see my unit before I moved it. Then on the 1st day I was cleaning & getting ready to move in I discovered roaches which is disgusting. I was told the issue will be resolved & that they come & spray & so forth, not true. It was impossible to get rid of them. I wish I would have never moved in. The trash area is disgusting, people don't care about making the trash IN the dumpster. The maintenance is usually very quick to get the job done. There have been various property managers come & go. Other than the roaches, & managers coming & going, & dirty neighbors, its alright, but I definitely would not recommend these apartments to a friend or family.
