Just Moved In

I just moved in to my new apartment and absolutely love it! My apartment is beautiful and the move in process was really fast and easy. Everyone in the office is really nice and I ran into the maintenance guys on my way to the apartment and they were super friendly...telling me to please call the office if there was anything I wanted them to do. So far I am very happy with my decision. I think I will be very happy here and plan to stay for a few years until I move out of state.

      Awesome customer service

      I had a major maintenance issue in the middle of a Friday night. Within 15 minutes, the head maintenance guy,the property manager and the girl who rented me the apartment where there to assess the problem. They immediately got their vendors out to begin repairs and continued to follow up with me to make sure the jobs were done properly. It was very apparent that their renters satisfaction is a top priority here. I love my place and the staff here is awesome!

        Great Choice!

        I was referred here by my friend who moved in a few months ago. So far I love it! I love the 24 hour gym and my apartment has a great view. And I can't wait until the pool opens! Parking could be better but it's not too bad I guess. Overall I really like here it and would recommend to my other friends.

              Very Helpful Staff

              Recently having a chance in my family status, I was sure I would have to move from Stetson Ridge. I went to talk to the office staff and they were very helpful and we worked through a plan to transfer me to a larger apartment and add a roommate. I am very happy to be able to stay at Stetson Ridge because I am comfortable and really enjoy the community!

                Would Recommend

                I really like living here. My apartment is great and I love that I can have my Lab here who weighs about 100 lbs. A lot of apartments won't take large dogs, so that's a huge plus for me. Everything works great in my apartment and the office has always been helpful. Parking is tight but not too bad. I have recommended friends here and plan to stay here for a long time.

                    I'm Happy

                    I have lived here for almost a year and really enjoy living here. I have never had an issue with the management or maintenance. Everyone is always nice and helpful. I moved here because of the location. I love being so close to everything. I have lived in apartments for many years and nothing is ever going to be perfect, but I have had no real complaints here. I plan on renewing my lease when it's up.

                      Excellent Location

                      I have lived at Stetson Ridge for almost one year now. I leased from out of state and was not familar with the Springs, I was assured that everything I would need was located just across the street including a large grocery store and many speciality shops. I have a third floor apartment and find it very quiet, the property is nicely landscaped and it is always very neat. Parking can be a problem at times so I added a carport for $25.00 a month. My pet and I stop by the office daily for a Starbucks coffee and a doggie biscuit. I plan on renewing my lease here at Stetson Ridge.

                        Hello everyone, I lived in Stetson ridge for about three year. Everything was great while living there until management changed with new staff in the office and maintenance. The office has gotten rude, the office don t care about the residents anymore they just hide, never answer the phone, the office is always closed, and there is always different people in the office. Trying to talk with the property manager is like talking to a wall. The new maintenance manager, I didn t trust him in my apartment full of tattoos, all ways wearing short sleeves and pants not professional. I have talked to different residents and they say that he does not know what he is doing and have the grounds guy running around doing his work not fare if you ask me. The grass usually is all green by now but nope its all fried. The sprinkler system has not been touched. The pool is usually getting filled by now nope. The only one that cares about the property is the grounds guy. Since the new staff, the property has gone downhill in my opinion compare to what it looked like when I lived there. Wouldā€¦Ā See More>

                          It's been a good one Stetson Ridge

                          Where to begin with this place? This place has a very good staff. I got all my requests for maintenance handled within 24-48hours, and only needed to ask for a few things like bulb replacements and a clogged drain. You can ask these guys for just about anything and they'll work to get a solution for you. There are problems no doubt, but you'll get that at any apartment complex. Top and easily the worst, is parking. Parking is a disaster if you work a regular 9am-5pm job. You can find yourself parked well over 100m from your door if you don't make it home on time or need to leave at night. This is not a problem every day of the week though, it's only when there are influxes of visitors in the complex. The noise levels are fantastic, I very rarely hear neighbors in the middle of the day and when I do I can usually just let the office know and it is taken care of quickly. The safety of the property is relative to the location so I can easily say that this is a better part of town and you don't have to worry about aā€¦Ā See More>

                            Great Experience

                            I lived at Stetson Ridge for two years and only moved out because I was transferred out of state. I thought it was a great place to live. The grounds were always clean and everyone that works there were always friendly. The only thing I would change would be to keep the hot tub open year round. Other than that, I was very happy and would recommend!

                              Great place to live!

                              I have lived here since October 2011 and I really like it. The staff is super friendly, any time I've had a maintenance issue they usually come the same day and it's fixed the first time. Location is awesome, the grounds always seem to be clean. Parking isn't great, but what do you expect in an apartment community? Overall I would recommend it!

                                Do not live here!

                                I am coming up on the end of my lease and thank goodness! This place has been a nightmare from day one. Loud neighbors, no parking, and bad management. If you have issues don't look to them to solve anything. They pick and choose which rules to enforce based on what works for them, and how little work it will involve for them. The price is way too high for what you get and any little extras... be prepared to tack on lots of extra cash. Need a parking space? Good luck finding one! Parking is a nightmare unless you want to shell out a lot of extra money on top of your rent. Management is rude and does not take the satisfaction or even basic needs of their tenants into consideration. They are hard to talk to, hard to get a hold of, and can take days to get back to you if you have concerns. What we were promised when we walked in the door was not what we got, as soon as they had our money they stopped caring.                                   DO NOT LIVE HERE!

                                  Have lived here since may 2011 and this place is a joke! We have had more problems with stuff falling apart and not working then we have had success... There is NO parking.... they want to charge for EVERYTHING... No community events etc.... their idea of a Thanksgiving event is placeing a Turky sticker under a random car for 25 dollars of December rent..??? Seriously? Every time we call to get our manny issues fixed they take forever... when they do show up they have no idea what they are doing... we had mold in our shower from a major water leak and it took almost 2 months to fix... they walked all over our apartment with dirty shoes and made a mess. They had a guy come fix the shower, after they ripped it ALL OUT!!!!! HE HAD TO RE FRAME etc. Job was poor to say the least.. dd no frame correctly and now our shower rod does not fit.. had to rig that in there. Overall this place is a joke!                                     The worse place to live in Colorado Springs.....

                                    I am about to move out of this apartment and I cant wait to get out of here. I moved in September 2010, and at first I was glad to move in. It was during Labor Day weekend and it was a 4 day weekend, so I was able to unpack, settle in, and get acquainted with my new apt. It was great. The first day I was there I did a walk through of the apt and I was disgusted, by what I saw. The dishwasher had hundreds of tiny gnats in the dishwasher! I didn't know what to do! Since it was a Friday and it was after office hours I had no one to call and they weren't going to be open for the weekend so I had no one to complain about this to. Next, i'm going through the rest of the kitchen and I started noticing that there were a few things protruding from under the stove. I used my broom to try and sweep it out, but it was stuck.                                       harrassment by the office staff- i am steamng mad

                                      i have been harrassed by the office staff since i have been here and its steadily getting worse- they make up violotions and leave notes on the door and everything they are saying is complete unjustified - you need to be nice to the residents that is the only way you are going to keep any long term residents around -and quit raising peoples rent- everyone that i have talk to at hot tub is dissatified and moving out within next couple of month and you better not even think of trying to get even with me upon move out - i will cook your goose in court- i am tired of this bs place- leave me alone - i want to move out this apt complex is miserable- i will tell everyone i see to not rent from this place- word of mouth will get around you are ruined. i need to speak to the owner of this place tell them about your constant harrassment. and dont even think of editing my review i will be watching i am steaming mad..

                                        Do Not Recommend

                                        I live on Stetson Ridge Apartments for over 2 years. My problem with management was that you need to tell management 60 days in advance on weather you are staying or leaving. If you say thaT you are staying than they will raise your rent within after you sign an agreement to stay, mine was raise $70.00 a month. Upon leaving I clean the apartment so that I could get my deposit back, it was fruitless. It does not matter how hard and clean you do the apartment you will be charge $65.00 for cleanup which wll be taken out from your deposit. It's best for you not to clean and let them clean the apartment for $65.00. Another problem I had was getting back my deposit which took almost 4 weeks on getting my short end deposit back after the deductions they nickel, dime you for all the deductions to be taken away fom you deposit money. A one bedroom apartment is too expansive, when you live on the first floor and a dog over 70 lbs living upstairs stomping you can get sleep starvation.

                                            I am glad I am not the only one that lived at this complex that thinks the management and maintenance is horrible. I lived there for 4 years. The did not keep anyone for very long. Aaron and Tim treated everyone very well and knew everyone's name. They got rid of the good people and kept the worst. Also when JR was the head of maintenance things got done quickly. My heater broke on a Saturday when it was freezing, he was at my apartment within 5 minutes of the call. After he was gone I called because my toilet was backed up and was told by one of those girls in the office it was my problem, maintenance had gone home for the day(it was Friday around 4pm) and I would need to call a plumber. I am sorry, but what the hell was I paying all that money for. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially after the way some of the best people in the office were treated.

                                              A HUGE Mistake To Have Ever Signed A Lease Here! Very Disappointed!

                                              We lived in Stetson Ridge for far too long! Over the course of time we were there, we were amazed to see the huge turn over in office staff. In the last couple of years there have been at least a half a dozen different leasing agents & managers. Maintenance workers are very unprofessional & have no idea what they are doing. Maintenance workers are typically all young, scruffy, punk looking guys that I did not feel comfortable having in my home. Quality? Poor! Too many maintenance issues to go into.... We usually had to put maintenance requests in several times before even hear from them.... Then the issues were usually never remedied because the workers are not trained or knowledgeable on such things. Management seems to just hire young kids, that they can pay minimum wage, & slide by with. There is dog waste everywhere..... Which is disgusting & maddening, especially when you have kids that would like to be able to go outside & play in the grass but are unable to because of all of the crap on the ground!                                                 I also have lived here 2 years. Maybe you should get your facts straight before assuming someone is pocketing our money....the reason the trash wasn't picked up was not because they didn't pay it...maybe you should do some questioning before responding. The maintenance staff is very PROMPT and capable--they have fixed numerous items--all you have to do is CALL and put in a request(which most people don't do--they would rather complain).

                                                  Staff helps to meet renters needs

                                                  I have lived at this apartment complex for a year and the one thing I love about Stetson Ridge is the staff. They have always been friendly to me and have always done everything to make me feel comfortable while living here. All my questions have always been answered and if I needed anything fixed in my apartment they were there within the hour. I have dogs and with them barking from time to time the staff would get complaints, with these complaints the staff nicely notified me so i could try to fix the issue instead of immediately telling me I had to get rid of them. I have never had a problem with the staff. They have always been nice and understanding with me and they have always accommodated me to the best they could. I just renewed my lease for another 13 months, I see myself living here for the foreseeable future. :)
