The community has been okay until more people moved in to this location. There is a constant smell in the hallways. Dog pee and poop in the stairway and outside. Not really ADA because there is only one no stair entrance that is inconvenient. Trash is always left in the lobby.

My time here at these apartments have been one hundred percent satisfactory. I have never had issues with neighbors, any loud obnoxious noises, and appreciate the higher quality appliancesinside the apartment. The garages offered here are large enough for my car and motorcycle, and it still leaves room for all my tools and supplies. I feel safe and confident in the location, and overall intend to renew my lease this summer!

The property is nice... wonderful amenities. Great location, convenient...close to food, shopping centers. But the neighbors are loud and trashy. Drunk yelling and fighting at 3 in the am. Working on junk cars in the parking lot. And dog poop everywhere. its like a a trailer park. Very unfortunate.

Overall, I really like living here. The maintenance crew is friendly and gets things taken care of quickly. However, I think the community as a whole is slipping. More and more dog owners are not cleaning up after their dogs and management has stopped sending out reminders. The staff is slow to empty pet waste stations and the bags are often empty, which I'm sure doesn't aid in the matter. There's also a lot more trash around the community than when I first moved in, it's honestly embarrassing.

I could tell this was the place for me by meeting the leasing staff, they were so kind and non judgmental! Even the grounds/maintenance staff were friendly! They all made it an easy decision for my k-9 family member and I to make this our luxury apartment home!

I love this place. The location, the office staff, the accommodations are all great. The other community members are great and friendly. There is security that drives around the parking area at night that makes me feel much more comfortable. So happy to be here!

I've lived here for a little over a year and it's been a great experience! Maintenence requests are responded to very timely, the office is also very reachable in person or through email. Alyssa's been who I have been in contact with mostly and she has been very helpful! One thing I will say is the people who live in the community do not do a good job of picking up after their dogs even though the complex consistently keeps bags stocked around the grass areas.

I moved into this apartment complex because it had reasonably priced new studio apartments and was close to the Anschutz Medical Campus. The apartments are spacious with nice balconies. I appreciate the amenities like the gym and pool. I've also enjoyed living walking distance to the Northfield Mall. There's plenty of parks nearby and easy access to the highway to drive to Denver and beyond. I would recommend this apartment complex!

My experience at this community has been very good so far. The move-in process was seamless, especially thanks to the accessible move-in ramp and reliable elevators, which made hauling furniture much easier. I'm also really impressed with the amenities; I absolutely love the gear lounge and the swimming pool, which are great bonuses. Even the waste disposal system is convenient and well-maintained. Overall, it's been a great place to live and I would highly recommend it.

Great community. Everyone is kind and really attentive to the needs of the residents. It's pet friendly and they welcome pets including many breeds. The maintenance staff are really professional and really kind when things don't go as planned.

Not the worst, not the best. Pros: Maintenance and leasing/management office is very responsive, buildings are largely clean and livable. Amenities are decent and usually functional. Cons: buildings were built very cheaply and it shows. Appliances are VERY cheap and walls/ceilings are NOT sound-proof Management also had the nerve to charge more for rent than nearby houses when brand new, and increased the rent after a year of living in the apartment, when it was no longer brand new. Based on cheapness of building and rent cost history, expect further unreasonable increases each year. Multiple more buildings are currently going up and it will be wildly overcrowded and amenities will not be able to serve that many people when new buildings are full. Don't pay for covered parking, people will park in your spot and office will do nothing about it. Packages are not delivered to doors but left in the mail area of each building and are subject to package thieves (office does nothing about this either). So again, you could do worse, they could do better.

The place is nice to live in, and I really love my apartment. The admin team is very helpful and responsive. However, the complex has grown a lot, and the gym is now too small for the number of residents. It's often crowded, and there are frequently kids running around, which makes it hard to have enough space for a proper workout.

I am now on year two of residing in the community despite what I have experienced in the way of construction and foundation issue. Why did I decide to renew? Because of the staff and team members who have made my experience nothing short of wonderful. They are responsive, caring, supportive, attentive, kind and cordial. As the first residents of our townhome we experienced a host of issues relating to its construction. We have had legitimate concerns and identified major issues with our home and each time the matters were addressed immediately and meticulously. Some resolutions to longer to achieve but the team made sure we were taken care of.

Noisier than expected. We like our apartment, the interior hallway, the cleanliness of the buildings, and the efficient maintenance team. We don't like hearing our neighbors above us, next to us, in the hallways, and outside the apt. And the semi traffic on 47th. They don't regulate parking. I think they could keep the pool cleaner. We have noticed many materials are cheap - the countertops and the fake brick. At first I was happy they didn't have exorbitant fees. But then they added pool bands with a $100 loss fee per band.

This is a great place to live. It is central to a lot of areas. It is dog friendly. It is mostly quiet except for the normal in town noises. The only complaint I have is that they are not very accommodating with certain personal aspects.

Community overall is good. Quite worried about the impact on the amenity's that are already maxed out when they fill the 3+ new bldgs I wasn't aware of when moving in initially. This concerns me with how rent will likely increase from when I signed and the value will have significantly decreased once those new buildings are up and running. Seems cooporate America is still squeezing the orange as much as the can at the expense of the consumer.

The community is great . Very well kept . Any time that there is an issue the response is very quick. Also every employee that I have been super friendly. The gym is up to date and the pool area is real nice and never over crowded. I moved here temporarily from out of state and the staff made the transition very smooth.

Every person I have dealt with has been very friendly and generally helpful. However there has been an ongoing problem with communication. There are situations where management and maintenance staff are not communicating with each other about residents' concerns or the two are not providing timely updates to residents. It sometimes feels like being ignored.
