The management at this community is amazing. They're all super responsive. The facilities are also great. My only complaint would be about the noise level. Sometimes at night, cars on I-70 and Central Park get pretty loud. And man? dogs seem to rule this place. People leave them on their porches and they bark. The way buildings B, C, and D are set up to face each other means that dogs will bark at each other all day and it will echo. I hate to say they may be a little too dog-friendly.

Horizontally the apartment is quiet. The floor construction though can be off putting if there are pets or children in the apartment above you as the sound of running is amplified. Great amenities, pool, pet spa, public dog park. Management is friendly and responsive.

I enjoy the cleanliness of the community spaces and the hallways and entries. I like the people that work at complex, very nice and friendly. I wish the construction projects were over. I would like their to be security gates that close at 11pm so thieves cannot steal cars easily. Gym is fantastic, i wish we had a preacher curl machine.

Appliances are of high quality and a full-sized in unit washer and dryer were a big selling point when deciding on an apartment. The side by side sound damping between units (i.e., walls between units on the same floor) is good. However the floor/ceiling sound damping is below average. Sound/footsteps and especially toilet flushing from the above unit is poor and borderline unacceptable for a complex of this quality.

Incredible! From the moment I moved in the team has treated me like I really matter! My apartment is gorgeous! On move in day they had balloons and breakfast even lunch and dinner- I moved in on grand open day. They have incredible events every month! I love living here and so happy I choose MAA Milepost 35! 35!

I think when you initially join, it seems like you are cared for. But none of the concerns/safety issues are corrected. I have reported multiple issues and the responses are always "we can't do anything"

I love this community, everybody is friendly and helpful. Love everything about it.It is always clean and when I asked to come and check a few things that were not working, they came promptly. They were friendly and helpful.

Very clean and well maintained community with beautiful apartments and great amenities! Apartment complex is very welcoming to guest and visitors. Moving in was very easy, also enjoy the smart home features that come with the apartment.

MAA Milepost 35 has great staff and amenities. They offer a lot of community events each month that are sometimes related to the holidays. MAA Milepost 35 is good, but could be better. I was told my apartment would be "WiFi Ready," but I've been living in my apartment for 3 months without the WiFi I was promised. They have not fixed the problem despite several emails and phone calls to the office. They said when the building was built there was some vandalism that cut some of the wires, and the WiFi to my apartment was affected. A few maintenance/construction people have come by but have not fixed the problem. There is also VERY limited covered parking (like 20 spots for a 5 story apartment building). The rest is uncovered spots or garage (which is like $200 a month and those are also limited). I was added to a "waitlist" for covered parking but highly doubt I will ever hear of a spot opening. Overall, my apartment is nice with smart home features that I like. I just wish a couple things could be fixed.

Management and maintenance live on property and therefore are always available via email if after business hours. The entire staff is very friendly and have always resolved any issues quickly. Communication is always very timely.

The apartment is great. Clean, well maintained and the staff/maintenance crew are quick to handle any issues. The staff are amazing. The pool and amenity spaces are a great asset. The staff put together fun community events often.
