Fetty Park
Living at Fetty Park has been a nightmare. The most concerning issue is the pervasive fentanyl fumes that have been seeping into my apartment for months. Despite contacting numerous agencies, including the health department and local authorities, nothing has been done to address the problem. The fumes are so strong they’ve woken me up, caused headaches, and have even left a lingering smell on my clothes and furniture. It’s not just me—other residents have also complained, and the problem seems to be widespread throughout the building, yet management refuses to act. On top of that, the building is falling apart. Trash and broken alcohol bottles regularly litter the parking lot, and there have been multiple instances of vandalism, including a fence being torn down and pallets strewn about the yard. The security in this building is almost non-existent—people frequently prop open doors, and my packages have been stolen from the lobby more than once. The management company has been completely unresponsive. I’ve emailed and called them numerous times about the fentanyl fumes, broken security measures, and theft, but they ignore my concerns. Constantly have to fight to get maintenance out to do the work they say they'll do. Human waste in the stairwell every week. People throwing trash and glass bottles off their balconies. Building lock constantly jammed. Exterior gate to the property hasn't worked more than a couple days that I've lived here so there's constantly people who don't live here in the parking lot and building stairwells. Office staff is nice and helpful

Love having my own place and love the community and everything here would definitely recommend this place for anyone to move in at the vesty park apartment anyways love living here and I just overall think it's a very good place to live

It's been kind of a circus since we moved in here. The administrative staff, mostly those on the front desk, have made our time here nothing short of infuriating. Once our question or request reaches upper management, it's resolved almost immediately, but if we contact the front desk team, they are either unhelpful, unwilling to take any additional steps to help us, often times condescending, and just generally incompetent.

The worst apartment, and most unresponsive property management I have ever had the disatisfaction of leasing with. Only a year and I am running from this place due to the people that run it. They switched management and that truly meant a larger company came in and picked up with the exact same staff and mis management that had been in place.

DO NOT live here. I repeat do not live here. Trust me. Only been here 2 months and it's the worst place I have ever lived. So many maintenance issues that never get done. Constant renovations, 15 water shut offs in a month and a half. 3 of those unscheduled. Packages don't show up sometimes. Had a package stolen from in front of my door. They send passive aggressive emails that they will send your mail back if you don't come and get your mail. They expect you to do all the work if you have a problem. The buildings smell, and the washers/dryers never work. Just don't live here guys !! Not worth the money.

I moved in this month and had problems immediately with the apartment. Mostly cosmetic issues and a few other things like the bathroom fan not working, blinds not mounted properly and falling down, toilet not seated correctly and most of all not having rods in the closet to hang our clothes on. I must say I was disappointed with everything until I spoke with the property manager, Dawn and her assistant Ginni. They were attentive and understanding and took down my concerns and moved forward very quickly to handle the issues. I look forward to my stay at the overlook at mile high and hope that it turns into what I hoped for in an apartment home...thank you also goes out to Angelique and John...thanks for all your help.

5 stars for management and staff, condition of apartment and low-key community feeling of the complex. The community itself is generally very quiet, however depending on where your unit is, you may have street noise (thus my 3 star review of that aspect. Management helped us through the application process and facilitated all details on their end up to and beyond move-in. On move-in day, the condition of the apartment was thoroughly clean and in great condition. Management, staff and onsite maintanence people are always available, attentive, personable and professional. If we have a question or a need, we always get a speedy response.. We are really happy here, glad we found the place, and appreciative of having a landlord and staff who really care!

THANK YOU to the service guy who just helped me get into my apartment after I dropped my keys down the elevator shaft at 9:30 at night!!! The staff has been horrible here but he was AMAZING!!! :) He went above and beyodn and did not have to do it. THANK YOU!! Rachel

I live in one br TH. In description says there are dishwashers. I have no dishwasher. Whats with the false ad. Everything else ok but no dishwasher. It should state dishwasher in select units not all units.

Living at an older property there is always a new chapter to the story. The maintenance here are shoddy in their performance, and the office staff is like a 3 ring circus. No customer service, a revolving door with new faces all the time and everyone acting like they are clueless. The final chapter resulted with a water leak in my building right before Christmas, which also resulted in no working elevator, again right before Christmas, with absolutely no support from the new owners, Laramar, except we all had to move right after Christmas, even though none of my belongings were damaged. No one from Laramar's corporate has made themselves available, definately not fulfilling any expectation of customer service that I have been accustomed to with the previous owners. Laramar try embracing those who pay your rents, pay your parking, and pay your pet rent. We pay for you, Laramar, to live in your comfy glass houses. You are a HUGE DISAPOINTMENT!!!!

The location is great . The staff is great especially in the office very polite and courteous. The grounds crew is also great very fast and reliable. Now the Bad all the reviews about the Cock Roaches are very true. Thankfully we never had problems with bed bugs like most of the reviews said but the cock roaches were just awful. Another bad thing about this place is the constant smell of foreign food from the neighbors. Unfortunately I think this may have a lot to do with the cock roach problem cause many of the neighbors really dont clean there apartments and have terrible smell that covers the whole apartment complex. I had to get out this place asap cause im not a fan of cock roaches and fortunately the staff and the manager were very accommodating to us and were very fair about us breaking our lease. If you dont mind the smell of curry and cockroaches then this is not a bad place to live .

Well I left a great review before I moved out thought everything was good now that I have been out sense Sep 2016 I found out they illegally put charges on my credit they did not exists when I called them to ask Kim was very rude and told me I had to deal with the collections company why your the one making up false charges on my account worse staff ever save your self the trouble if you don't want false charges on your credit don't waste your time there

I am new at apartment searching and when I walked into the over look I got nothing but smiles and good people to help me out. Lisa was so helpful she showed me a three bedroom with the most beautiful view of down town denver. There is a park down walk way that is very beautiful to! I loved the help I got from Lisa!!

I just moved in and lisa helped us get a 3 bedroom apartment and the service was amazing.. Lisa was very helpful and knowledgeable.. She took us around the apartment and complex and shower is the beautiful view of denver and the mountains.. I recommend these apartments they have a gym and pool.. So if anyone is looking I really recommend these apartments!!
