Very noisy community, maintenance of overall facilities is lacking. Buildings are in general disrepair on the outside, especially the patios and balconies. If the issue is not an emergency and at times even then the wait time can be extreme to get anything corrected. Management can be very snarky at times, talking down to residents.

Seems to have a lot of plumbing issues with both my apartment and the one above me. No warning when maintenance or plumbers may knock on your door. Can be noisy, but that’s expected from apartment living and parking lot needs a lot of work

I enjoy living in my apartment, but maintenance continues to be an issue. I place multiple work orders that get “completed” on the app but never actually fixed. Maintenance staff or leasing staff do not communicate maintenance requests and solutions with their residents.

HVAC needs to be replaced. A board on our porch needs to be replaced. Some outside floor boards are rotting and needs to be replaced. Guest toilet does not flush solids in one flush and needs to be replaced.

This place is gross. The buildings look shoddy and worn down, the inside of our apartment was full of dings, nicks, scratches, and the paint in the bathroom was peeling all over. It just looks really gross. You can very clearly tell it’s a cheap apartment.

Friendly leasing office agent. Jeremy made moving in a breeze. Very easy to schedule a tour and apply online. The response time is very fast. The walking distance to stores and trail is nice. Neighbors are really quiet!

Moving from across the country was a huge task but once I secured my apartment is was easy. I was able to push my move in date a little further out to accolade the time it would take me to travel here and move in was quick and easy. Maintenance has been wonderful getting little things that weren’t quite perfect fixed in a timely manner and work very hard to get outside contractors in quickly for issues they can’t resolve. I feel very safe in this community which is not something I can say for all previous living quarters. Additionally, pricing was incredibly fair for the floor plan I leased and the location is very convenient.

The apartments are clean with minor problems with the sink, dishwasher, washing machine, and cable outlets needing to be fixed. The maintenance is fast and efficient when respond to calls or emails. I would recommend this apartment complex.

The leasing staff is very friendly and the maintenance are also very friendly, but many things are wrong without new apartment and after 3 weeks only 1 thing has been fixed. We are still without wifi as the outlets dont work. All of our blinds are broken. Its just high frustrating. I need wifi for work and have been using my personal hotspot but I can’t do that forever. The blinds are completely out of the wall and the other is tied and ruined. Both we cant use and that is a low priority but also just frustrating!!

Our experience has been average so far. We love our apartment but there are issues that have not been resolved yet, like our broken dryer. The grounds can definitely be taken care of much better. There are huge weeds down by the walking paths towards the dog park that almost cover the sidewalk. Makes it hard to enjoy.

A nice quiet peaceful place to live with an adjoining park, dog park, bike path and grills. Neighbors are usually friendly and pleasant. The Property Manager is very helpful and easy to chat with about any problems or concerns. Overall, a very nice, comfortable place to live.

It's okay... Not every unit is updated.. they are doing the best they can with what they have. The grounds and the hallways and walkways could use some attention. Location is great just outside of Denver. I like that it's next to a trail and parks. There are worse places in the area.

Management, leasing, and maintenance staff all lack training and have no knowledge of what to do in their roles. The employees in office sit in their all day long, when theirs a problem and someone comes in they have the worst attitude, roll theirs eyes and down play the issue. They couldn’t care less about anyone’s problems and just sit to collect a check. The maintenance staff is lazy and lack qualifications/ training. I’m not sure how they got hired they don't care to look more into the problem I’ve had water coming from my bathroom ceiling and kitchen ceiling and the 2 times they dried it and called it good …

The valet trash service is one of the main reasons that I wanted to come to this complex, it seems as though they don't have time to go to each one of the buildings. The maintenance is also a little bit wonky. I requested my dishwasher be fixed quite a while ago, and I just got notification that it has been fixed. It has not.

I pay too much for how things are done around here. Pool stays closed with problems, maintenance is horrible and they don't complete work fast enough, leave things dirty. Communications with the leasing office almost never happens. Very hard to get a hold of someone. Months of waiting to get things fixed around the apartment. There is dog poop everywhere and it is disgusting to smell it while walking around.

Five star property management and great community to live in. Their princess style bathtubs are the greatest and the amenity package is very competitive. It was incredibly quiet living here in the neighborhood and people are pretty respectful of that. I love the valet trash service. The remodeled apartment was very nice.

Three maintenance reports, one visit, both appliances still broken. They tried to install the new dishwasher once a week ago, but the timing didn’t work for me and I haven’t heard anything since then. Stairwells are filthy. I keep my unit very clean, but I have seen two small cockroaches in the last couple weeks.

The worse place to live in Colorado. Greystar only collects money and will do nothing to improve the apartments. The office people are rude and change so often that no one is ever held accountable and nothing gets fixed. The grounds are gross the plumbing is awful and homeless everywhere on the property. The security only pulls in and the ln drives right back out. They do not look at the whole property.

Homeless sleeping on porches, cars being broken into. Office just gives you a business card of a “security company”. Last maintenance request left apartment without cold water in kitchen for months. “Dog park” is not maintained. It used to be cheap. It definitely is not near worth it.

Management staff are rude and do what they can to not have to deal with the community members. The residents are for the most part friendly, and the maintenance staff are nice people however they are overwhelmed with the quantity of maintenance and they just need more staff to address issues onsite. In general, this apartment is in a good location with the occasional nusence of a homeless person. But the park being walkable is great. However this place is falling apart and needs an extensive amount of restoration and work done to make this place a good place to live.
