Great amenities, amazing views, clean, great staff, nice pool are, efficient elevator. Maintenance is quick to respond. Thereās not too much to complain about. Great area in between downtown and the suburbs, close to everything.

Absolutely worst experience ever. Iāve been here one month. It took maintenance 6 weeks to fix anything. I do not have heat still. Last night my friendās vehicle was stolen out of the parking garage. Do not move here. I wish I paid $200 more to live somewhere else. Itās not worth it.

Great people and friendly staff, everyone seems to be happy and more then willing to help with any issue youāre having. I decided to move in here due to the fact I felt safe and itās close proximity to denver!

Overall I'm OK with my experience. There are things that you have to wait a very long time on to get fixed so mostly maintenance issues and safety and cleanliness issues around the community. Parking garage and trash cans are filthy. The 4th 4 parking garage fire door was unsafe for months. The fact that we cannot get a working fireplace outside or the things that attracted us to this community in the 1st place fixed is a problem.

Donāt waste your money with greystar. There are much better options out there. If you have any kind of standards this place is not for you. Itās way over priced for what you get. Pay attention to the details and smell of this building.

Management is quick to form conclusions instead of doing due diligence when it comes to allegations to residents. Proper communication prior to such allegations is important to form better judgements. We were appalled at the courtesy calls being made to us based on assumptions

4550Cherry Creek is a gem. Though it is an older building, it was built with the very best construction materials and far exceeds the quality of the nee Cherry Creek area apartments. The building has people constantly cleaning the common areas. Daniel takes super care of the front door and visitors. Most importantly, everyone has a smile on their faces. Even the dogs! The residents are super friendly, too. It really feels like a community.

This has been the worst place I have lived. Itās run down, filthy, maintenance takes months to repair things, there are floods and disruptions in our water regularly. The common small talk on the elevators is the poor management of this building.

Overall I like this building and staff. My only suggestion is to keep up with other competitive buildings of Scale. This building has so much potential to be considered more sophisticated by doing more upgrades amenities games up skill fuel coffee snacks more fun community events food trucks that are complementary ice cream in the summer gifts

DO NOT live here! Save your money and time, the building is old, the staff is rude and not communicative, the maintenance requests donāt get completed, and the garage is not safe for your car with multiple break ins while living there. Save yourself the trouble.

Management does not keep up its end of any agreement while still requiring you to keep up yours. Will I be discounted on my parking this month? I pay for "secured parking," but with the gate stuck open for anyone to just come and go, once again, I am not getting what I paid for. Just like when I had no A/C for over 5 months and was never compensated for that either.

Danielle in the front office is great! Sheās always really personable and helpful. Iāve seen her going around the community areas to make sure things are looking good and any time Iāve gone down to the office with questions, sheās quick to answer or get back to me with one once she knows!

I love living at 4550 Cherry Creek. The apartments are nice and big. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The pool is the perfect summer spot! I love all the amenities at the property. The lifestyle team gets the best food trucks too!

The building and amenities are great! The staff is very friendly. There is some construction noise occasionally, but that is to be expected in any building. Danielle provided me with a tour & has been extremely helpful ever since.

- Great location! 20 minute walk to cherry creek! - Beautiful and mostly unobstructed views of the mountains ! - friendly staff and very quick and efficient maintenance crew!! - 10/10 would recommend!

Still no microwave and the track lights in our kitchen are still filthy and not pointing in the directions that we need. We will be approaching 2 months with these 2 things still outstanding from move in. I received a call that someone would be by yesterday and when I called into the maintenance line, that someone would be by then also. I've emailed leasing and talked with concierge. Staff here is courteous, but the overall feel of the issues we needed fixed upon move in are disappointing. Seems as if the maintenance team is over worked and there are not enough for this building, so we hate to be bothersome to them. However, we are paying residents and have never encountered not having a unit "move in ready". I'm only saying that I would recommend this residents for the look of the building and the amenities, but the pool area is not always kept the cleanest it could be either.

I am very happy I chose 4550 Cherry Creek! The amenities are fabulous and updated. Staff is friendly and approachable. My unit is spacious and laid out in a functionable way. Feels like a condo, not an apartment. Very quiet because of the concrete walls. Nice soaking tub. I feel home.... Lesli J

I love 4550 because it feels like a neighborhood built into one building. Itās an awesome place to live ! I love the apartment layout. Plus everyone here is so nice. I would recommend 4550 to anyone looking for a great place to live in Denver .

Poor management. Poor communication from management. You tried to raise our rent by nearly 50% which is corporate greed at its finest and is why weāre moving out. This place also doesnāt have working cameras as well.

We have had an amazing experience living here. So many things to love... The management is outstanding and attentive. The property is very safe. The residence are warm and welcoming. Absolutely love the neighborhood and all Cherry Creek has to offer! Cheers!!!

The only staff here saving this place from an incredibly dismal review is the new Concierge. Everyone else working here is not interested in helping you as a resident. The building is beautiful and the views are gorgeous. We're right next to Cherry Creek Trail. These are the reasons we stay here, but the office staff and maintenance have gone downhill since we moved in. It breaks our heart because we loved living here when we first moved in. The staff was so much more friendly and helpful, but since Covid and elevator breakdown last winter the staff have all left and been replaced. Only 1 staff member, the new concierge, is bringing back that feeling of positivity and service here.

Living at 4550 has been fair for the most part of my stay. There are definitely better places to live that will meet luxury expectations. Aside from noisy neighbors, messy hallways, and unsecured entrances living here can be ok.
