I looked everywhere and when I found this building I knew immediately I wanted to live here. The apartments have interesting features I didn't see anyplace else.....I love it here!! The security makes me feel comfortable and the staff is pleasant and helpful.

Great building, community and neighborhood! Staff is friendly and responsive. The tenants are nice and respectful. I think it's a beautiful high rise. Very much enjoy living here! Definitely recommend coming to take a look. Leasing staff is great too!

I think since Samantha took over in the beginning of the year, I will give her a 5 for effort to make the bldg a bit friendly than it was before like just a leasing office. Maintenance is also good. The cleaning staffs are always the best.

Unfortunately I have only been here for 41/2 months and my apartment unit has had on going issues with the central AC. I am paying rent that includes central AC not window or Portable Aircool systems but for the past 41/2 months i have had to use a portable to keep my 900 something unit cool..this is not acceptable and we do not get a credit for all the trouble and stress this is causing.

Living here has been a total nightmare. If you are reading this, and debating living here, I have some simple advice: RUN. Run fast and far away. I have been renting from other apartments for the last 10 years and this is my first negative experience. A short synopsis of what you can expect- high rent, zero customer service, months of waiting for anything to be fixed (including AC even if its 100 degrees out and you have pets), infestations, leaks, a parking gate that sporadically works and will likely lock you in/out, an algae filled pool, broken elevators, a noncompliant ADA building and a company that does not care if you are satisfied as long as you are trapped in a lease. If you do enjoy being ripped of while living in building that is becoming dilapidated (with maintenance requests that take months to be addressed) then this is your dream spot.

i wish the building was updated and outside grounds were cleaner. Dog waste, and hallways to be vacuemed and cleaned more often. Needs paintwork in hallways of enterances from garages. Security cameras to be better for safety,

I love living at the 4550. The apartments are so nice and unique. Everyone in the community is great as well. The pool is beautiful and my view is amazing. I feel very safe here and the staff is always very helpful. Good find!

I love living in this building. Itās centrally located, is right next to the river/parks, offers great views and it feels like Iām living in a hotel. They have concierge services that are super helpful, and they try to cater to the residents by coordinating events with local business.

Maintenance sucks... No ac central air for over 3 weeks and counting... Apt is 90 degrees inside... cabinet under stove is falling a part since move in date... They came in fixed the bathroom cabinet and never fixed the kitchen which is worse... Parking is horrible... Not happy

The lack of professional manner that the new staff has demonstrated should not be tolerated at any level. I do not want to plunge into specifics however the quality of service I have received should be embarrassing to Greystar officials and executives.

Great job by the maintenance crew! The apartment is very nice with an incredible view of the mountains. I have lived here for almost a year and I am really enjoying it. Thank you to all the staff at 4550!

This place has been on a downward spiral since GreyStar has taken over. Community area are filthy, and daily upkeep has been lacking. This used to be an amazing building and community, but the current ownership has changed that.

Submitted a request few weeks ago. Noone has fixed it. I had to go down to the office and get the keys myself to finish the first request the second request is still pending no movement................

Great community- friendly and helpful neighbors and staff. Clean, quiet, and luxurious. Concierge service is efficient and much appreciated. Being able to walk to multiple grocery stores and restaurants a real plus!

This is an awful place to live. It has only gotten worse since Greystar took over. The maintenance is non-existent, the elevators don't work most of the time, the people in the leasing office are rude and actively unhelpful, the amenities are constantly broken, and I have had multiple packages stolen by the concierge desk. I would not recommend anyone live here.

The upgrades are super slow. We were suppose to get new gym equipment and a new outside grill station but it has yet to be started. We have many floods throughout the building.We need more pool furniture for the number of people who go down to the pool in the summer. The pool umbrellas do not last in the wind storms we have in Denver. Also the material they choose gets dirty very easily. The parking garage is overpriced.

Wonderful place to live! The staff is very helpful and responsive. We just renewed our lease and we look forward to many more years to come here at 4550 Cherry Creek. The area is great and theres a lot to do that is walking distance from the building.

Single mom to a boy and my son loves telling people we live in a hotel. I love that I don't have to worry about looking over my shoulder on my way into my house like I did in previous neighborhoods. I love that on Sunday we were at the pool for 3 hours napping, playing, relaxing. I love that when I get home from work during the week I can go to the free class in the yoga studio. Everything is top notch and exceptional.

I have lived here for 3 years for a reason. The building is quiet because structurally it's huilt so well some of my walls are concrete. I also love the maintenance guy Doug. Super responsive, intelligent and helpful. The cleaning crew is awesome. Maria and Maria know everyone in the building and say hi to everyone and are kind. We have some issues with the building only because it's been here a long time but I hope the management company is doing the right kind of fixes instead of band aid fixes. From what I know they are so far doing well but they only care about their bottom line. Anyway, good building and solid community.

The rates increase significantly every year. In addition, the elevators have had major problems on several occasions in the last year and a half and will probably need to undergo maintenance again in the coming months. The staff turnover is great, and has changed almost entirely several times in the last year.

Overall living experience here has been great. The leasing office staff could have been a more thorough in their leasing process. We were never shown the pool area, gym, or even where the mailboxes were. Good thing we didn't have to be "sold" on the property.

the TLDR; An okay place with occasionally broken elevators and a management staff that is more focused on the bottom line than community. Amenities are decent nothing spectacular, the building is starting to show it's age and there hasn't been a plan communicated to the residents what is the path forward.
