I would rate my experience a 7/10. The community itself is beautiful and well kept. It's clean and extremely easy to navigate your way through. Parking: Parking is very limited and there is typically nowhere for visitors to park. People will leave their extra vehicles parked in the lot for an extended amount of days. There does not appear to be anyone monitoring how long people stay parked in a spot, there are also no assigned parking or tags. They have sent an email threatening to tow parked cars that haven't moved, but have not followed through. 7/10 on the parking situation Maintenance: Maintenance is ok. You typically won't get a response after submitting a maintenance request for a few days. They claim to have a 48 hour guarantee but 99% of the time, it takes approximately a week. Additionally, maintenance doesn't fix the issues, they merely repair it until it breaks down again. 8/10 on communication Recreational Area: The party rooms are kept very clean. Apartments are fine for short term, but I wouldn't want to live here longer than a year. Dated and really bad work quality on the 'updates' that have been made to the unit. Community is fairly clean and quiet.

The property itself is wonderful and a real rare gem in this location. It requires love and attention to keep its allure and beauty. When I first moved in, it was well tended; nicely manicured. Management regionally, which spills into on site top management has been poor and reflective of the regional management, causing noticeable frustration in lower on site management and staff. However, recently there has been noticeable improvement with on site management. A consistent approach stemming from an understanding of the companies contractual obligations and viewing the job through the lens and perspective of the residents who live here ( it is our HOME after all) makes all the difference. I believe sequoia gives lip service to that concept and just cares about how much rent it can charge; not actually and sincerely caring about the residents. I uphold my contractual obligations. Sequoia is legally bound to do the same.

It was better before Sequoia arrived. Now the property has many exterior maintenance issues which are not being addressed, e.g., unpainted garage doors, lights out at night, leaning light poles, tall weeds in the landscaping, bare dirt where there should be grass/mulch/rock. I suspect the manager is a weak link and does not leave his office to look around the community to identify issues and hold contractors and employees accountable. Maintenance has done good work inside my unit.

It was great when we moved in but then we started to notice a decrease in the management following a few complaints of the trash compactor which has made it nearly impossible to enjoy the patio. The one community manager was very responsive and tried to fix the issue but she never came back. The property manager stated that was just something that happened in the summer which is not true, previously they used a weekly trash service that took all trash from the property once a week versus once a month with the trash compactor that breaks often

Lots of change between 3 different owners. Current owners have been the best after a shakey start. After a period of neglect, it seems as though things are back on the right track. worst apartment building ever!

The place is falling apart, I have been living here for over 3 years now and I regret renewing my lease! The new company is awful they never fix anything in a timely manner! I have had nothing but issues and they are not fixed its been weeks without my fireplace working for over 6 months the patio door still leaks air after they finally replaced it after 2 years, and my Electric bill is over $260 for a one-bedroom, I would suggest not moving here all the positive reviews are from the old ownership company! The place is nicely located but charging $2000 for a one-bedroom is nuts, these units should be $1,400! I would not recommend moving here unless you want to pay an extra $350 in utilities a month!

USED to be wonderful

When Holland Residential managed this property, it was fabulous. The new owner/property manager (Sequoia/Redwood Equities) took over in December 2021 and things have really gone downhill, from timely snow removal to mail issues ands delays on communication. I would be VERY wary about leasing here now - once our current lease is up, we will be moving elsewhere where residents are respected and valued.

I stopped in to check out Isabella for a possible relocation to Colorado & was very impressed with the high level of customer service & professionalism I received from Renee & Lane in the leasing office. The community is beautiful with various walkways throughout & the year round pool and hot tub are pretty neat as well. I loved how close the fabulous restaurants are!! I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a wonderful location & beautiful townhomes with attached garages.

Awful communication and I didn't think this would bother me so much. From completing my leasing requirements to asking for when we might have amenities (it's now April and we were told we'd have mail, packages, gym, pool, hot tub, club house by beginning of Jan). Ignored and just not communicated at all, we're really upset. I personally have never needed a hands on complex but they just blatantly ignore you.

Believe me, I did my homework shopping available apartments for my move to Denver. Isabella won the contest with their attached garage and greenbelt walking trail at my front door! The staff was courteous, efficient, and helpful, and really made my transition smooth!

The new owners are TERRIBLE. THEY POSTED ON OUR DOOR WE BOUNCED A CHECK ....WHEN THEY ACTUALLY HAD JUST THROWN IT IN A DRAWER AND NEVER POSTED IT.. This is the worst property I have every lived at. If there could be new management and leasing staff, my rating would dramatically change. Since Holland took over the property, there has been an issue with my rent every single month. They either double charge for something, don't take charges off from last month, or have extra charges that come out of no where. They are unable to change the amount of rent posted electronically so when they mess it up, which they do every month, you are required to physically bring in a check to the office. The staff never accepts responsibility for messing anything up and will never give a resident an apology. They act as if it is an inconvenience when they need to change something on your ledger or unit. They will try to cover up their mistakes or they will ignore them all together. I am amazed that this company is still in business with the employees they hire. They are the most unprofessional and rude people to interact with. The manager is just a peach as well. I do not recommend renting at this property. Absolutely, and under no circumstances, should you get an unrenovated unit! I thought I was making the smart choice about doing so since the going rate was much cheaper. Huge mistake. When I moved in, the upstairs toilet didn't work and was tilted to one side because the subfloor was so rotten. It took two months to get fixed! Also, all of the counters are delaminated from the base, being the worst in the kitchen. There are certain areas that are so warped I was not able to set things down without them tipping over. All in all, I submitted over 15 work orders the first month. When I asked to transfer to another unit due to the horrible condition of the unit, I was told I would have to pay an additional $350 a month for the renovated unit! I understand that if I didn't have the problems with my unit, but you would think they'd realize I am doing it because of the poor state of the unit. Ruined our honeymoon. We have lived here for 2 years as Alara and as Isabella. It was horrible as Alara and has only gotten worse with the new management. Across the street is The Tavern, a bar, which has resulted in lost sleep because of the horrible noise and terror with the 2 shootings (yes, we are worried about Gang violence in Greenwood Village) which took place a year ago at that property. The new Isabella management is even worse than the first. We have had to wait about almost a month to get any kind of service needed at the apartment. If you have a leaking faucet, good luck! We also never get notifications if we receive packages like we used to with the old management. Even more appalling, we set upautomatic bill pay -- the first month it never pulled. I went down with a check to pay (I didn't want a late payment) and they cashed that. The second month, I was worried that the automatic bill payment wouldn't work and I was on my honeymoon, out of the country. The staff is rude. Matience is terrible grounds are not kept up. Since Holland brought it they have never leaned sidewalks or stairs. Roof is falling off caution tape all over property. If the office staff actually got out of the golf cart and walked around they would see it.

Could use work. Nice location but old apartments and it shows. A lot is falling apart, house leaks when it rains, ants, broken toilets, chipped paint, holes in flooring, etc. I won't live here again. Great location though. I wish it was a little better.
