Apartments are fine for short term, but I wouldn't want to live here longer than a year. Dated and really bad work quality on the 'updates' that have been made to the unit. Community is fairly clean and quiet.

The property itself is wonderful and a real rare gem in this location. It requires love and attention to keep its allure and beauty. When I first moved in, it was well tended; nicely manicured. Management regionally, which spills into on site top management has been poor and reflective of the regional management, causing noticeable frustration in lower on site management and staff. However, recently there has been noticeable improvement with on site management. A consistent approach stemming from an understanding of the companies contractual obligations and viewing the job through the lens and perspective of the residents who live here ( it is our HOME after all) makes all the difference. I believe sequoia gives lip service to that concept and just cares about how much rent it can charge; not actually and sincerely caring about the residents. I uphold my contractual obligations. Sequoia is legally bound to do the same.

It was better before Sequoia arrived. Now the property has many exterior maintenance issues which are not being addressed, e.g., unpainted garage doors, lights out at night, leaning light poles, tall weeds in the landscaping, bare dirt where there should be grass/mulch/rock. I suspect the manager is a weak link and does not leave his office to look around the community to identify issues and hold contractors and employees accountable. Maintenance has done good work inside my unit.

It was great when we moved in but then we started to notice a decrease in the management following a few complaints of the trash compactor which has made it nearly impossible to enjoy the patio. The one community manager was very responsive and tried to fix the issue but she never came back. The property manager stated that was just something that happened in the summer which is not true, previously they used a weekly trash service that took all trash from the property once a week versus once a month with the trash compactor that breaks often

High turnover of great people in the front office. Leads me to believe they are not compensated properly or are treated poorly. Residents want familiar faces in the office, but the good ones are always gone.

I enjoy this community, one thing is maybe an extra compactor for when we have more trash than we can do. The one compactor is not convenient to all. Other than that I am happy with my home. Thank

Lots of change between 3 different owners. Current owners have been the best after a shakey start. After a period of neglect, it seems as though things are back on the right track. Areas that I'd like to see improvements. Snow removal on the Yosemite side sidewalks, enforcement of tenants who don't clean up after their dogs,

worst apartment building ever!
The place is falling apart, I have been living here for over 3 years now and I regret renewing my lease! The new company is awful they never fix anything in a timely manner! I have had nothing but issues and they are not fixed its been weeks without my fireplace working for over 6 months the patio door still leaks air after they finally replaced it after 2 years, and my Electric bill is over $260 for a one-bedroom, I would suggest not moving here all the positive reviews are from the old ownership company! The place is nicely located but charging $2000 for a one-bedroom is nuts, these units should be $1,400! I would not recommend moving here unless you want to pay an extra $350 in utilities a month!

USED to be wonderful
When Holland Residential managed this property, it was fabulous. The new owner/property manager (Sequoia/Redwood Equities) took over in December 2021 and things have really gone downhill, from timely snow removal to mail issues ands delays on communication. I would be VERY wary about leasing here now - once our current lease is up, we will be moving elsewhere where residents are respected and valued.

I stopped in to check out Isabella for a possible relocation to Colorado & was very impressed with the high level of customer service & professionalism I received from Renee & Lane in the leasing office. The community is beautiful with various walkways throughout & the year round pool and hot tub are pretty neat as well. I loved how close the fabulous restaurants are!! I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a wonderful location & beautiful townhomes with attached garages.

Awful communication and I didn't think this would bother me so much. From completing my leasing requirements to asking for when we might have amenities (it's now April and we were told we'd have mail, packages, gym, pool, hot tub, club house by beginning of Jan). Ignored and just not communicated at all, we're really upset. I personally have never needed a hands on complex but they just blatantly ignore you.

Believe me, I did my homework shopping available apartments for my move to Denver. Isabella won the contest with their attached garage and greenbelt walking trail at my front door! The staff was courteous, efficient, and helpful, and really made my transition smooth!

Great place to live - management team is awesome and very accommodating ! As is the maintenance team. They have a quick turn-around (although there aren't many issues at all). It's in a perfect location, as the DTC is probably the best place to be ! Chris

New management is awful. They don't have a reliable package service. They do not take care of the pool. And they do not return phone calls. The staff continually blames all the problems 9n previous owners but there wasn't these problems before.

The staff is rude. Matience is terrible grounds are not kept up. Since Holland brought it they have never leaned sidewalks or stairs. Roof is falling off caution tape all over property. If the office staff actually got out of the golf cart and walked around they would see it.

Area is great, but that's about it. Apts are older and overpriced. Pool and hot tub are tiny, absolutely no quest parking! Trash service is terrible plus you are charged an additional fee for it! It's basically your standard overpriced Denver apt!!

Could use work. Nice location but old apartments and it shows. A lot is falling apart, house leaks when it rains, ants, broken toilets, chipped paint, holes in flooring, etc. I won't live here again. Great location though. I wish it was a little better.

What a wonderful place to neighbors, large private garage, wonderful landscaping, great open floor plans with additional balconies. Convenient location to 25, 225 and major roads. Grocery, banking and restaurants are so convenient. Glad that I made the move here.
