Everything was very very very easy. From getting info about the apartment from the website, scheduling, viewing, and the whole process of getting the apartment was really easy. Thank you. Everything about living there is top notch as well. Had one slight issue with my furnace, fixed within hours!

It's a great community to live in all the neighbors are great maintenance is great. We just need some window updates in the near future if it's in the budget hi sweetheart is very comfortable living here and it's a very safe place. Thank you for all your help.

Noisy neighbors. Neighbors that park in your reserved spot all the time. Neighbors smoking weed in their units. Dogs pooping inside and outside and owners don't pick up. Packages get stolen. Dirty hal

Bad parking
There is no guaraenteed parking for tenant in the 278 Main St Giannoti parking lot. Expect to park on the street. It's horrible. And the office doesn't care. And on snow days, you're screwed as you cant even park on the street. So you'll have to park in business lots.

Overall, the community is quiet and everyone that lives here is respectful. I have never had a problem in 13 years living here. The parking lot is lit and secure, the building itself has great upkeep, the laundry facilities have been upgraded.

We have lived at 278 Main since 2020 and have had a great experience until Monica left. Within the past couple of months since Monica left we have had a few instances where we have tried to contact the leasing office and have had no luck. We call and email and at times try to stop by the office and there is STILL no response yet. It would be nice since we work during office hours to be able to if needed communicate with the office and get a response either through email or phone call. Since Monica left we have noticed the overall cleanliness has gone down hill. We have noticed pets have urinated in the lobby and it not be cleaned, pets peeing on the side of the building and the ramp. Anytime you enter or exit through that door it reeks. We pay a community fee each month to go towards events and we have very few if any. The cost of laundry randomly changes and we're given no notice and the machines themselves are not the best and are not cleaned. There are dogs definitely on the restricted breeds list, though they maybe an ESA and pets who are not leashed in the building or property. We are interested to see how this winter will go with parking as there are already currently cars parking in the parking lot/reserved spots that don't have a parking pass. It's very frustrating as we pay for 2 passes and spots are limited. Due to the economy we could not afford to live anywhere else that would fit our whole family and accept our 70lb border collie mix in West Haven so we will continue to rent where we are. But it would be nice given the rents we pay with no amenities on site, limited parking and shared laundry to maybe have more events we could go to after work or on the weekends or even lower cost laundry and better upkeep. Our experience overall has been great until recently. We hope there can be some improvement from the property and it's staff not just for us but for everyone living on property.

Calls to the office are never answered. People are very nasty with their dogs. I slipped on urine in the lobby one night. I requested no one enter my home unless I am presentband the apartment was entered anyway.

278 Main gets the job done. It's centrally located with easy access to the beach, highways, and train station which is convenient. There are plenty of local restaurants and shops within walking distance. Staff is incredible. There aren't very many amenities though besides laundry rooms and an Amazon locker. A gym would be a great addition and make the rent feel much more worth it.

I moved into this building in November 2008 ...I have been in my current apartment since March 2017 ...Overall its been great ... The maintenance team Mark and Ray are very responsive... Loud Music is a problem during the day and evening ...but is quite at night.

The maintenance guys are wonderful!! Everyone here has been nice. It is pretty quiet in the building. Being able to have your pets come with you is everything. Is a little pricey but that is the market right now. Not looking to move anytime soon and that should say a lot. Hopefully they get someone as wonderful as Monica in that position.

My experience here has been pretty good, my neighbors are friendly, maintenance is friendly, and the main office staff is friendly. The walls are thin, so sometimes I can hear my neighbors if they're too loud other than that I have no problems with the community.

The building is very big and quiet. The lobby is beautiful with historic features. The neighbors are private but friendly. Unfortunately no place to sit and enjoy the weather outside. A big plus is that dogs and cats are allowed.

It's a very lovely community. I've been here nearly 7 years and I enjoying calling it home. Safe and secure with with a stellar crew in management. Community leader Monica is a treasure and is always prompt when responding to any issue. Ray and Mark in Maintenence are the best in the industry, im sure of it. Very professional crew.

Many of the residents are nice and communcable. The office manager and the maintainence staff are great to wortk and explain issues to. One of the twodrawback is the location as it is on a hub for the emergency services so they can avoid the main roadways. The other drawaback being the washers or dryers are in contacnt need of repairs, though not necessarily the fault of the managment, but the company who maintains the aundry equipment.

The community is ok, but why do you have to go up on my rent by a 100+ bucks every time my lease is up for renewal. I was ok with it going up $25 every new lease signing, ya'll keep this up I'll be out-sourced out of my apartment.

I love the apartment. Pet friendly, large rooms, laundry on site and central air. Very cozy set up. Monica, Ray and Mark on site to help with any issues, they are very responsive. Everything is kept clean and looking nice.

After living here for many years and through various management teams and property management teams, I have noticed a conserved effort to improve the quality of the building, apartments, and living areas. The management team always takes that extra step to bring residents together with group activities during holidays. The staff is very responsive to resident concerns and communicates on various topics regularly. Very effective and efficient improvements have been made for the delivery and pickup for resident packages via secured lockers with email notification and personal codes for retrieval.

An affordable community with an accommodating staff. The few times I've had issues the staff went out of their way to resolve the matter. Relatively quiet as long as there aren't a lot of young children in residence.
