I've been here for about a week, so it's still pretty new for me. The area is busier than anticipated with more traffic than expected, but the people in the neighborhood have been very nice. When I walk my dog, the people I run into say "good morning". You also witness moms and dads walking their kids to school, so it's a very suburban urban mix. There's a super cute park about a 10min walk away, I like to go to with my dog if I can make it back home before dark! The apartment community is always clean, and all of the staff have been very kind and professional towards me.

Haven't been here long but the community is clean and well maintained and all of the staff are helpful and friendly. We only had a couple of maintenance issues that were handled quickly and the amenities are great.

Unfortunately, DC has the oldest and worst apartments I ever seen. Although, the neighborhood seems unsafe, this apartment was close to my work. And there are not too much new apartments around here. And they were asking the same amount with this apartment. Still I think junior bedroom apt. doesn't wort 1800 usd but unfortunately DC is really expensive. considering everything, I decided to move in here.

Unpleasant move in, cheaply constructed apartments that doesn't have good sound insulation from outside noises and neighbors. Despite being new I've faced several issues including no hot water for 5 days bc of electrical issues and sulfur smelling water
